I'm so sick of people hating on Zoe and calling her lazy. It's ridiculous. Sorry but at the end of the day she's releasing a book, she's released a beauty range and yet she still manages to upload videos both vlog and main and she's also updated her blog loads lately. She doesn't have to vlog, she doesn't have to show us her day or how she's feeling. She didn't even have to tell us Alfie was her boyfriend. She could have let you all keep guessing and speculating. But she respects you, the people who watch her videos so much. She knows that the fact she's on the internet comes with a price but at the same time you all need to respect the fact that youtubers have private lives too and they need to chill and relax. They are not video making robots. They are people with actual feelings. As for why she stopped vlogging in October she mentioned the reason already. This was because there was so many nasty comments about her and velvetgh0st. Why should she vlog when her comments get spammed with hate about her and her friends? Would you continue if you got tons of hate? We all say we wouldn't let it get to us but until we've been in her shoes who are we to judge? Rant over.

I'm sure it was just a joke, but I took your apology about Alfie being there seriously, because I was just about to post a much more critical comment about shoving Zalfie into our faces when this video had no need for it at all (please just leave that to your vlogs thanks). I'm subscribed to you and not Alfie for a reason, so please try not to bleed him into your main channel videos (other than inevitable collabs) as much as possible, thank you. On a tangential note, I used to be excited about Zalfie, but this over-commercialisation of it can definitely benefit from being toned down. This is not hate, it's sincere criticism. I don't know which camera this is (probably a Canon Maybe The Eos 700d or 800d) BUT the lense could be a Sigma one cause i know one which looks very similar (look at Aspyn Ovard's behind the scenes vid there's a Link thingy xD)
Love the products you got Zoe! I have a the blush by 3 palette and use it nearly on a daily basis, they're such great quality for the price. Also the Bourjois cream to powder shadows are great!
By the way I now have so many products to add to my wishlist ;)
Zoe you were one of the main reasons i plucked up the courage and motivation to finally upload my first video after years of saying i would but never really doing it.. im so happy to finally be on youtube!! and not just watching other people.
I hate how people accuse Zoe of being lazy or not busy, or that 'she probably doesn't even have anxiety, it's just an excuse'.
Scratch that. It's not even about Zoe, or Alfie, or your favorite UA-camrs. This applies to everyone online, or in real life.
What gives you the right to make negative comments targeting others, whether intentional or not? Would you really walk up to someone on the street and comment on things they can't change (one person says that Zoe should stop using a 'baby voice' because it sounds 'moronic'). Really?
Would you say nasty things about someone you don't know? Because let's be real, we all don't actually 'know' them. We might know who their friends are, or where they got their tea from, but that's it. We practically see a fraction of their day. They could be going through a difficult time but might never know.
So next time you post a comment, think about how it will affect someone else. If it's better off not saying, then don't. You can have your opinions, but you don't necessarily need to share it.
(Also, for those who hate-watch or hate-read, it's not worth your time. If your having a bad time, don't spend it on something like that. Find something you do like, and do it. It'll probably be better for you and everyone else.)

If you don't like what she does then don't watch her videos and unsubscribe from her. Zoe is far from lazy. Zoe works really hard. She has a main channel, a beauty line, a blog. a new book, she does many youtube events and she also has a life!

Dragonfruit are like a little sweet, and it mostly tastes like nothing. It's a really pretty red-pink color and ombre green spikes on it.
Also in the inside it's white with lots of seeds that are black.

So the fruit you cut into and looks like a star is called ( surprise surprise) Starfruit. Dragon fruit is pink and green on the outside and has soft spikey growths. Inside they're white with tiny black seeds. They taste kind of sweet but also flowery. You should go to a market and pick out 5-6 exotic fruits and try them out. I suggest Mangosteen.

I was wondering what mangosteen was until I Googled it and I recognised it straight away. I love it.. Especially sucking on the big ones, haha.
You can also get red dragon fruit which looks the same on the outside but inside is a gorgeous deep red colour with little black seeds, they tend to be a lot more juicy and flavourful than the white ones but are harder to come across.
You guys are making me crave for fruit more now XD

The dragonfruit I've had has a mild, sweet taste. Some people describe it as a cross between a kiwi and a pear. It's pink and green on the outside (almost spiky-looking because the tree it comes from looks like a sort of cactus) and the inside is white and filled with little black seeds. Alfie was right at first-you were thinking of a starfruit, which is a yellow star-shaped fruit. You can really see the stars when you slice it across. :)
I'm probably going to get hate for this but I'm not saying it for that reason. As a viewer for a long time I'm starting to feel the lack of effort with your videos recently. Or maybe effort is the wrong word. Your videos aren't very creative or innovative like lots of others that are less popular. I think it's probably because you've had a lot going on with your book and moving etc... But I don't want to watch you telling us what you spend your money on all the time. You're a lovely girl and this is more constructive criticism than anything, which tbh everyone can do with :)

She tried to do a video about mental health and she got a lot of shit for it. It made her really upset.
I think she does what it says on the box. This is what most people want and actually I like that she doesn't try and force anything else down our throats. ie charity or responses to things that go on in UA-cam land. This is an escape not meant to be a platform for public service announcements.
When did she try that? I think I've only seen the two she posted which I watched and thought were really helpful. I was just thinking more creative things that don't always involve "I bought this" etc etc. She does have a huge platform but hate comes along with that territory, just because a of small amount of hate, compared to the thousands that will love it, doesn't mean she shouldn't do a video that's probably more interesting.
I guess shes really busy at the moment. She's gone from just being a UA-camr to being a UA-camr with a hectic media career! Maybe she's starting to grow away from vlogging? I could see her and Alfie as TV presenters...

I've just finished reading 'Girl Online' and in all honesty, I have never read I book that touched me this much, (and I read alot of books) I'm 19, nearly 20, I know the book is aimed maybe at a younger audience, but it really blew me away. I picked up that Bourjois Color Edition 24H in Petale de Glace and I love it already 😍
The one that looks like a star is starfruit. The giant spiky one is durian(?) and dragon fruits are crazy bright fuchsia on the outside and greyish with lots of tiny black seeds on the inside. :p
From what I remember, dragon fruit's deep fuchsia on the outside, and there are 2 different breeds(?) which are white and bright fuchsia on the inside both with a lot of black seeds.
I personally love the fuchsia ones better because it's more nutritious I think?
The ones I eat are always fuchsia lol, so I don't know. :D

Yes! My parents grow a lot of dragonfruit. They are red or yellow skinned with large spines. When you cut them open they appear white or red with little seeds. They taste amazing, highly recommend trying one!

Zoe, your book is amazing! I absolutely loved every page of it, no exaggeration! I found my self never able to put it down and I'm not just saying that (if I didn't enjoy it,I wouldn't be saying anything). I was able to relate to it which made it even more enjoyable.
