Playable Boss: Dr. Maddiman | Yo-kai Watch 2 Mod

This is part of a small mod I'm working on.
The objective of the mod is to make it possible to befriend all bosses with their special attacks.
He is a very dangerous Yokai since he can charge his Soultimate very quickly and with his Inspirit he can confuse the opponent.
It is very interesting how both his Inspirit and Soultimate have such high probability of hitting that he is capable of doing so to almost all bosses.
Too bad Blood Refill doesn't work properly.
I plan to release this mod later when it is finished.
