Pretty sure When you are seeing the speed of like 79-85 whatever those Batted balls were Seeing how they were all really consistent around that speed Besides what those constant average (79-85) it's the speed of the bat being swung.. That's why the speed jumps crazy past it and then drops all way back down. You gotta angle yourself with the speed gun thing
I noticed that, and it definitely confirmed it at the end with 123mph. Depends where the ball is hit since they aren't angled so when it came stright towards the radar it reads it higher than usual.
I would imagine if you focused more on bat speed and waited a little longer on the ball before swinging as quickly as possible that would up the exit velocity for anyone in this situation. Compared to trying to get to the soft pitched ball earlier with a slower more drawn out swing.
eh idk. They werent really slowing their swings tho like you would in a game if ur fooled by offspeed and try to put it into play. They were still full swinging just not sitting back on most thats why a lot are pulled. So dont think there'd be much of difference. maybe if their radar picks it up better straightened out but the actual speed probs similar

The reason Caden got so bad velocity, is not his small biceps, but the closer the ball is to the radar, the more precisely it measures.
