If you feel sad it’s okay. It’s ok not to be ok. Everyone has those days when you doubt yourself, and when you feel like everything you do sucks.💓 Some days are just bad days, that’s all. You have to experience sadness to know happiness💔 It is okay to cry when there’s too much on your mind . The clouds rain when things get to heavy ☁️ People cry, not because they’re weak. It’s because they’ve been strong for too long. You’re allowed to show your feelings honestly. ❣️ You’re allowed to talk about your pain and reach out for support. 🥰 You’re allowed to scream and wail and cry. You’re allowed to be sad… Remember you don’t owe anyone a performance of being okay when you feel like you’re falling apart!!!! It isn’t your job to smile or hide your truth to make other people feel more comfortable. It’s okay to be sad ❤️ Even the worst days only last for 24 hours it’s only temporary 🤍 I hope what ever you are going through you remember how far u have come . You have got through everything in life and this is just another obstacle which you WILL over come 🥰
