Online Tutorial: Kaapse Dans Kaleideskoop: Rieldans

This video offers an online tutorial for the Rieldans dance routine as part of the Kaapse Dans Kaleidskoop Project.
• Are you between the ages of 18 and 34, passionate about dance?
• The Department of Cultural Affairs and Sport, is giving dance groups (8-16 dancers per group) the chance to:
- Perform in Artscape’s 50th Birthday Celebrations on the opera stage in July 2021
- Receive free Online training in genres of Riel, hip-hop, African and Contemporary dance to assist with creating your group dance choreography for the FINALS @ Artscape
- CASH PRIZES for the top 3 groups to the value of R35 000
All you need to do is view the Dance Tutorials on DCAS’s UA-cam channel (bit.ly/3sRK98a​), register via the link below and forward a 1-minute clip (50% Riel and 50% of any of the above mentioned dance genres) to: [e-mail] or [e-mail] before 16:00 on Friday, 7 May 2021.
