Hi, I dont think so that this will be so strong with just white cement and water. Just white cement get crack and is not that solid like shown in video. Can you give us the link of the cement which you use or at least the brand?

yes it is strong and solid, when you let it dry enough. and use the white cement normally people use for mosaic flooring and tils.
