My dog loves this tennis ball shooter - however I've bought two of them now from Walmart. They are slightly different from the one you have. And they only seem to last about a month before the rubber band in them breaks. Now that my second one is broke, I want to replace the rubber band in it and clean it up inside rather than buy a third shooter. I'm waiting for a reply from Nerf Dog now, but is there any video anywhere explaining the proper way to disassemble the shooter, clean and replace parts and properly reassemble it? I cannot seem to figure out how to remove the orange end as that, other than a few screws, is the only thing holding it together. That orange end appears to have 8 tiny screws holding it on but half of those screws are only accessible from inside the unit. Yours appears to be slightly different on the end.
