  • Ambassador Wendy Sherman gives us an inside look her new book "Not For The Faint Of Heart: Lessons In Courage, Power, and Persistence." As the lead US negotiator of the historic Iran nuclear deal and throughout her distinguished career, Wendy Sherman has cultivated remarkable expertise in some of the most urgent foreign policy issues of our time. But the skills that have made her so successful didn’t come from nowhere. In this episode of Behind the Book, Wendy Sherman takes us through a life of growing up in civil rights-era Baltimore, managing a successful congressional campaign, sitting across the negotiating table from both the Iranians and North Koreans, and beyond.
Behind The Book is a co-production of the Harvard Kennedy School’s Office of Communications and Public Affairs and Library and Knowledge Services.
