Great bike. Really takes a beating. Never seen a muffler like that on one though.

I know this is an old video but men that is the perfect bite for just cruising the town. Definitely don't want to go on the highway for more than a couple exits. I hope you guys are serious about starting that school in the latest video I saw. My son Robert Bodel. Is a motorcycle maniac. I definitely sprinkled some spice to help him going that direction but he is definitely charging his own way. Every couple months when we stop talking about what we want to work on. He asks me what motorcycle College you should go to. And after watching your walkthrough of your facility the other day aware you want to start having students. I and praying for everything that that works out and you become the Harvard of motorcycle school. We've already been talkin about selling the house on the South Shore of Massachusetts and buying a Farm out in Western Mass. And doing a campsite with an Enduro track side-by-side track. Motocross and pit bike track. Something along the lines of having a camping site for a dirt bike off-road freaks. And having a garage out front to fix everything they break. But with the style and amount of bikes that you guys touch. Plus it's not just Harleys and you're a CR500 freak. I hope it comes to tuition period And my son gets to go to your school in 11 years. Bobby is doing backflips because you were going to race Uncle Johnny at the 500cc race in Idaho.

I bought mine in a garage sale for $80 but the kick starter is busted. Everything is fixable though it’ll be my retirement project.

First bike I ever road. Blue XL
    175. That bastard 😂 has power to pull. An runs damn good. Yes it does good in Snow. Can pull kids around in a good 🛷. Not very fast. But a good bike.

That would’ve been a 76 as 76 with the only year they painted and blue.

I'd love one XL175. But I'm afraid I may be too tall for the model, I'm 6 feet. How tall are you mr.Kaplan? You look just about OK lengthwise on this bike.

Thanks Thanos. Well, last month I bought myself a 1981 Honda XL500s, red one. I think I like it but it has this large 23'' front wheel which I'd like to replace with a smaller 21'' one.

It should've been left all original with all the original parts. The front fender is missing the black rubber flaps. My 4000 mile 1974 Honda XL175 is in better shape.

Chuck that aftermarket muffler, but try finding an original muffler they’re almost impossible to find if you do find one there insanely expensive. I’ve got one of these bikes as a basket case and luckily, I have three repairable mufflers. Also, go easy on that kick starter. There is fragile as eggs and no one makes a replacement. Try finding one of those.😢
