Personally, I would suggest starting with episode 2 and then going in order, with occasionally skipping forward and doing some of the later episodes like this one. The reason being that a lot of the later episodes refer to things that happened in the earlier episodes. Like asking whether or not a member completed a specific mission and who it was, asking what a team's name was when they formed teams and competed against each other, or asking about a particularly iconic comment or moment in a previous show. Without seeing the earlier shows, those questions won't make a lot of sense and you'll get spoilers for when you actually do watch the episodes.
