I love the ambiguity of Trilla's last words. Who is she telling to "avenge us?" Is she talking to Cal, to avenge the suffering that she and Cere endured under the Empire? Or is she talking to Vader, still clinging to the dark side, asking him to kill Cal and avenge the defeat of herself and the death of the Ninth Sister?
Never saw it as ambiguous... She was talking about the Inquisitors and the fact they might of suffered the most (cc Darth Vader comics)
Well to be honest the Ninth Sister may not be dead. She still had her lightsaber when she fell off the Origin Tree. They can be spun around like a helicopter and can be used to fly around.

I always saw it as "us" being the Inquisitors who suffered under Vader.

I just think for some reason Vader was waiting to see what trilla would choose , wether she will take the opportunity and kill cere or will she let go of her hatred
And trilla chose to let go that’s when he decided to show up and finish the job like he says ‘ u have failed me inquisitor’ and kills trilla
But if trilla had chose to be loyal to dark side I don’t think Vader would just leave

I just realize the reason why she is standing still moments before Darth Vader arrive is not because she is accepting her fate or being dumb (nor lazy writing) but because Darth Vader grip her tight from far away
No she wasn't, she was trying to futilely stand at attention while being scared to death because she realized Vader knew of her failure.
When I saw her face I was screaming yes cause I knew who was coming next!
