Dude! I'm playing MM6 for 20 years now. Started when I was 15. Didn't finish it many times and started over again. Every time I came back I forgot what was I actually supposed to do next, because there were long breaks between the plays. Nowadays I'm finally getting the oracle memory crystals and I'm sure I'll finish it, but still, this play through is two years in the making :D And you?! Doing it in under two hours! What an outrage! But of course, good job ;)
I'm big fan of this game and i finished him many many many times. But your run are very impresive ! Good job bro ! It's very cool to see people wich broke that game ! You learnt me many things btw ^^ Thank you very much !
Back in the day I fought every single enemy I came across, turning turn-based on, and using that glitch where you can hit things through the cracks of doors 😆. I love this game and 7 as well.
Finished MM 6-7-8 countless times (and than the Merge Mod many times) that being able to tell every single detail about your run feels amazing lol :) To the point of days for the travels, quest orders you will take before you do, even noticing how you check your reputation before going to Alamos there in less than half a second for the Master Light Magic.. it is as if I played it :) If I put together a Speedrun, the order of things would probably be very close to this. Entegrating NWC Dungeon - Day of the Gods buff (with a Lloyd Beacon in front of it) for the extra health/mana might be useful on some occasions, it is an extremely strong version and not a glitch after all. Also the NWC dungeon 10k gold => Deposit in Bank => rince and repeat => Kriegspire XP well option.. but honestly that feels like a dirty trick even though not a glitch, so I like your version more :) It is great I came across this video, thanks for the video and your hard work.
Idk of you know this or not but while the game isn't open source, there's mods and patches to the game. Even a merge mod which takes mm 6,7&8 and puts them together using mm8 as a base. The game is being improved by it's fans
I haven’t tried 6 yet as single character. Beat 7 as solo unarmed Monk: was stupid easy - like that character is insanely broken. Beat 8 as solo Dark Elf: a little more challenging.
just finished the game first time in over 40 hrs :D ... luv your run .. but can you or someboy else here explain why you do the +30lvl well and then go to sleep in the inn cycle for about 50 days ? .. that one flew totally over my head
Quick explanation : to get xp Long explanation : whenever you click that well it summon some dragons on the map (only once a day). There's a maximum of how much dragons it can spawn. So he clics it to get to the maximum, then he spams armaguedon to kill them all and get xp.
The well spawns drakes everytime you click on it. You can get it again after resting. It spawns drakes up to 52 times, so I had to count 52 days from when I started.
@@Fixxxxxer I have a question for you. If I played with all of my 4 heroes alive and they drank once, would that mean that I need to visit the well for 13 days? (13 days x 4 drinks = 52 spawns) or do I still need to come back for 52 days regardless?
I also got confused with the part about Armageddon, drinking potions, and the well in Kriegspire. The well gives you +30 level temporarily. But why the potions and go back and forth between the inn and the well? Are those black potions rejuvenation, or essence of might, intellect etc?

By drinking, resting, drinking, resting - he spawns a lot of dragons on the map, and then kills them with armageddon that damages everything on the map. Suddenly the +30 levels is not so temporary! the potions are the +100 mana potions to more quickly finish the deed of killing the dragons off-screen
I don't wanna be insulting and I'm sure there's rules around it etc, what's the point of runs that abuse the 3do office? May as well go all in on the cheese if people run the 3do room
The game literally has a scroll hidden in the bank and teleporters to get you to Dragonsand/NWC. That's like saying it's cheating to use shouts in Skyrim.

Did this myself as a Druid, but not a speed run but just a full clear of the game. every enemy died and was like level 257 when done xD

Im not sure about the rules of this run but isnt the kriegspire well a glitch? The Drakes do not spawn as intended near the player...

flying at the beginning to another location is cheating and breaking the game imo
Its not really a glitch since its literally part of the game. I could do it without it would just be a lot slower.
