Absolutely Brilliant! Reminds me of what my Judo master taught us when I was 7 and my Qi Gong, Wing Chun master told me many years later. And now you bring this to us when I am in my 60s. Thank you, I hope to get a chance to learn this one day! Thank you for all you do! Take care. Stay safe 🙏

Kaz I find your video's extremely informative and helpful. I was wondering if you or any of your fellow followers know of any good dojo's in the Las Vegas valley were I can hopeful advance to a high level.

What do you mean by dropping the breath to your feet? Like do i have to send the air i'm exhaling all the way down to my feet?

Yes, you need to image like that and the meaning is tha tAll the gravity pulls down to the ground.
