The colours in the walled garden were beautiful! If only I could make my garden so!
At the end of your UK tour it would be good if you could do a summary of your route, daily mileage, campsites and costs.
Your videos certainly demonstrate that it would be better touring on a motorbike or narrowwidth trike rather than a car, on the UK' s narrow roads.
If I had a car, I certainly wouldn't have taken those back roads.
Prachtige tuinen en begraafplaats. De veldbloemen maken een kleurrijk geheel met eigen sfeer.
Het stadje waar u door kwam, daar lijkt de tijd te hebben stil gestaan.: schitterend. De strenge bouwregels werpen hier hun vruchten af.
Erosie v.d. kliffen.... het zou mooi zijn om dit een halt toe te roepen. Neerlands know how met opblaasbare golfbrekers of zoiets.

Ouch, very sad to read this. As a foreigner I had the impression that the rural-countrysides were protected to preserve its character, history and folklore.

De erosie wordt eerder veroorzaakt door regenval. Er zitten een soort kleilagen in de kliffen die als een soort cementvoegen werken, maar die bij (grote) vochtopname hun 'lijmende' kracht verliezen, waardoor de kliffen instorten. Ook de wind speelt een belangrijke rol in het proces.
