if you guys want to try the authentic daal bati churma must visit Jaipur and that to the rasoi of mandir khole ke hanuman ji.... aapko us se best daal bati churma shayad kahi milega

In bisi bele baath it have 13 spices please 100 times better than coconut rice and it’s authentic cuisine of Karnataka!!!

Taste Atlas knows nothing about food of any kind or region or country and I mean it in the most literal sense, no exaggeration. In one of their list Tandoori, just tandoori, not chicken, not kebab, just tandoori was listed as best dish. How can a cooking method beca fish. In the same list naan was listed as a dish. This is mind numbingly stupid
