So i've gotten some general comments asking for tips for grinding dia... I've replied to most of you already but I'll just copy over what i do in this pinned comment :) ok so heres a rough version of all the stuff i read online and what i remember doing (honestly recommend just go google some guides and there's a lot of better advice.. this is just what i remember doing) 1) do the start mission with subaru. but you might want to look up online when the end goals are like "do 20 scouts" because those were pretty annoying for me to deal with when i realized i already scouted a bunch before i reached those missions... but from subaru mission I think you can get like 5000-6000 dia i forget tbh 2) infinite lives are a SAVIOR! unlock it at rank 10; you can get scout tickets from there. about 6-7 scout tickets every 10 levels on infinite live through the store. I think by the time I hit infinite live level 40 (pretty doable) i had around 24 scout tickets? and then you sometimes get them from RNG too. when u get infinite live 50 you get expert lives which can get you more of the currency used to buy from the infinite live store! [edit: you also received like 100 BP refills when the event started since the game is kinda generous at the start, and you get BP refills from doing the events. these have expiration dates so use them! because I have time, i usually leave my device on autoplay at 1 BP. this lets me rank up easily without doing much. I usually set up a team i call "training" and i put my unmaxed cards into it. this way they can passively level up without me needing to use EXP tickets- doing this helps me get a more well rounded levelled up cast of cards so infinite lives and expert lives are easier to clear... or sometimes i can clear without even playing the beatmap also if you can full combo a song on the first attempt then you can just autoplay at 1BP per run up to 10 clears and get more dia that way too without needing much work. I usually multitask and do homework or something while its on autoplay] 3) every song S+ clear and S+ score gets you some dia! and clearing it 10 times gets you dia. For me I'd clear it first at least S combo and then autolive until 10 clears. and then if you level up like at least 2 of ur 5* i think you can get the S score clear pretty doable. 4) stories give 30 dia per initial read (i personally enjoy reading them but you can skip though for easy dia), and then the rehearsal stages can give u up to 300 dia per if u finish the missions. idol stories give 10 dia per read as well! and you can check your 4* and 5* cards for story nodes on their idol road to unlock more stories :) 5) login bonuses and surveys right now bc its early game are all pretty generous!! 6) starry lives also give around 300 dia per day so do them! 7) if you join a society you can get 200 dia per week 8) obv but daily missions give u 10 dia per mission done- you can easily get all the dia offered even if you're f2p. do office work, interact with idols, use an exp ticket, scout (with audition scout), unlock an idol node, do a live, do a starry live, etc. etc. GOODLUCK!

"Woke up- Grinded Enstars" BASICALLY MY LIFE DURING MIKA SCOUT I was not ready, and my pul, counter sutiation was even a bit worse, I got him during 117-126 tenpull, and OMG, before him I got Chiaki (I cried) and two Natsume dupes (I CRIED EVEN MORE), and then my last efforts and... Bang, Mika is here. So I cried again and I was still shaking for about five hours after that. It's so hard to be an emotional person.
omg congrats!! I actually had really good luck on my iphone's account too! Rei, Ritsu, and Madara all came home within 2 pulls on the meowsketeers banner... i might make it into a video too... :)
I got this game recently so he was the first 5 star I scouted for. I thought he looked pretty (it was between him and the kitten knight) so I figured I'd try scouting cuz why not. I did one 10 pull and was disappointed, but since I had enough diamonds I figured I'd do another 10 pull. I turned my sound off and looked away from the screen so I couldn't see any of the characters until all of their cards showed on the screen at the end of the 10 pull. Lo and behold, I got Mika. I freaked out lmfao. I highly doubt I'll get that luck again Edit: I was expecting to get a card with Mika in that new costume (the exact picture on the banner) so when it was just him laying on a desk for a moment I thought I got the wrong Mika XD
During the Mika Scout, I used 5 ten pulls and got Natsume and Mika. Also, how the hell did you grind so many diamonds? I have been doing infinite lives, but the diamond farming is rather slow for me TwT
Congrats! (pretty late, btw) For me, I didn't pull for him on his banner, but he came randomly on a single pull on the advanced scout! Sadly, it's in these days that I realize i'm very lucky at banners, ow. Tori came home in one pull, Jun also on my other acc, and I got all the collab cards of the sanrio event in a ten pull (+1 copy of the Mayoi card on a single pull). If only I knewed that back then... 😿
Congrats for the Mika!! I'm almost at 60 pulls and I already give up. Kanata has came home anyway gotta save for the Summer Snow. (Mika why you played hard to get *sobs*)

IT IS ALWAYS WORTH IT FOR MIKA. DO IT DO IT DO IT!! infinite lives are a SAVIOR, you can get at least 20 free pulls from it pretty easily as long as you level up your cards and attempt it, and the beginning events/login bonuses are pretty generous... if you're willing to grind a bunch TT

nice u got him in time!! I’ve pretty much given up on Mika’s banner as I can’t grind anymore to get him in time and he didn’t come to me (I did 100 pulls in total) It really frustrated me but ah well gachas are just awful ig

I got him in 10 or 20 pulls. At first i thought like it is guaranteed cause i got him and the mint hair guy from alkaloid in just around 10 pulls each. i just started playing and wanted the mika card so bad :( i stopped at 100 bcs im not sure if enstar had a pity counter or not? i got bunch of other *5 (rinne, nagisa, hajime) but ig theres no guaranteed... how does enstar banner work tho? is this mika card going to have a rerun or its just gone?? 😭 also congrats on your pulls!
so the only "hard pity" is 300 pulls which is when you have enough coins to buy the character from the store. (to view your coins its the thing i put on my thumbnail that says 120 owned coins because i did 120 pulls) The coins are unique to the banner so my 120 coins from mika wont carry over to the tatsumi banner and same vice versa the mika card itself is not gone entirely! the banner doesn't get a rerun but the card will enter the general 5* pool in 3 months. so you still have a chance of pulling him in the future while scouting on a different banner; its just the rates will be lower since he's in the general pool not on a featured banner for him you could also wait for his birthday to come around, i think they usually have a special banner with rates up for all cards of that character on their bday

@@imdrum9973 if i understand correctly you mean cards like the current tempest wataru 5* and the previous a to z kaoru 5* right? unfortunately those cards will not enter the general pool of cards at all. However, if you still want them, in 1 year's time they will be added into a shop on the enstars app (a whole new function that is currently locked) and you will be able to buy those cards using currency from playing the game. as for specifics, i don't know much because i never played the Japanese version. From what I've heard, these coins for "buying" the past event cards from the "store" are gained from finishing events but not choosing the event card. For example, in the last tour event you could choose between Hiiro or Tetora's 5*. In the future, there would be an option to select "10 ES coins" instead of Hiiro or Tetora. and then those "10 ES coins" could be used to buy tempest wataru or atoz kaoru! i hope that makes sense ^^ (the amount "10" that i gave or the direct name "ES coin" might be incorrect as that is just information I have received secondhand-since i never played JP enstars)

im not actually sure abt this tbh- but on the 10 pull option for mika's feature scout it *is* a "guarantee 4 star for every 10 pull (3500 dia at one time)" which would naturally mean you should be getting gold light each time. if anything i think a blue light would be extra unlucky to see. but i also am not 100% sure on that LOL
he gets added to the permanent gacha pool in 3 months so if you wanna pull for him you can but if not then you will have to wait for 3 months until hes in like the permanent gacha system
-Gameplay-wise his skills are mediocre imo. The special ones are those with the combo-saving or perfect combo support. Most cards' support skill is just ensemble time support (meh) or voltage support -Character-wise he is a top-tier cutie but somehow managed to pretty as well. He's good to have. Nice MV outfit etc.
hI!! im not sure if enstars is your first gacha/rhythm game but if it is here's some info as far as i know! (as an enstars & pjsekai player) 1) so i wouldn't say any "character" is "rare" or "normal" since from the start of the game you have basically the whole cast as 1* or 2* through the audition scouts (it's the banner where u scout using the blue cards that you get from playing the beatmaps). So if were talking about characters in the cast, every player would have a different basis on who they WANT and would focus their energy on (i.e., you save all your resources for your favorite character out of the 40+; in this case Mika is among my top 5 idols so it was important for me to get him). Otherwise there are definitely people who don't have him as a fav and would choose to skip this banner 2) rather than "rare" characters, we have the different * ranks, 1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*. if you look at the gacha details on your banner, you can see that there's like a 1% chance of pulling mika. that's because he's a 5* on this banner and 5* are better than any other number. that's how we determine "rarity." so rather than "mika is more rare than rei" it would more accurately be "the 5* mika is more rare than the 1* mika" 3) beyond that, this mika is a feature scout banner. this means in 3 months he will join the pool of 5* that you can get anytime. but rather than being rate up, now he has a lower chance of coming home because he's in the same pool as like 20+ other 5*. There are some cards (not in this game yet) which are LIMITED cards, those ones will never be in a permanent banner and could be considered the MOST RARE. i hope that makes a bit of sense!!
Reach lv 10, grinds starry live for 5-30 dia each, for max. 360 dia a day just from that alone. Only the jp server is struggling in saving free dias (no starry lives & infinite lives in JP somehow) Also the starting dash mission gives 3000+? Dias. Don't use your dia tickets before finishing that mission, trust me.. I regretted.
@@No_u1009 you're welcome! It's basically a daily shuffle of 9 random songs with dia or gems reward each, 12 songs in event period tho (+5000 event point reward for event song). Located in top left and locked til lv 10(?). also Infinite lives is an awesome source for dia Scout tickets.. it cancelled my regret. Tell me if I misunderstood your question

my friend told me a theory abt "greed sensor" or something like that where the game can tell that YOU really want this card to come home so it doesn't give it to u. but if i have my brother do it he doesn't care so the game gives it to him--- i mean its just a hypothetical but... well that's just what luck is i guess LOL

I got him in 10 or 20 pulls. At first i thought like it is guaranteed cause i got him and the mint hair guy from alkaloid in just around 10 pulls each. I'm new like a few week ago so i'm sorry i didn't know some of the guys name and say mint hair guy 😂

i just started playing and wanted the mika card so bad :( i stopped at 100 bcs im not sure if enstar had a pity counter or not? i got bunch of other *5 (rinne, nagisa, hajime) but ig theres no guaranteed... how does enstar banner work tho? is this mika card going to have a rerun or its just gone?? 😭 also congrats on your pulls!
so the only "hard pity" is 300 pulls which is when you have enough coins to buy the character from the store.
(to view your coins its the thing i put on my thumbnail that says 120 owned coins because i did 120 pulls) The coins are unique to the banner so my 120 coins from mika wont carry over to the tatsumi banner and same vice versa
the mika card itself is not gone entirely! the banner doesn't get a rerun but the card will enter the general 5* pool in 3 months. so you still have a chance of pulling him in the future while scouting on a different banner; its just the rates will be lower since he's in the general pool not on a featured banner for him
you could also wait for his birthday to come around, i think they usually have a special banner with rates up for all cards of that character on their bday

unfortunately those cards will not enter the general pool of cards at all. However, if you still want them, in 1 year's time they will be added into a shop on the enstars app (a whole new function that is currently locked) and you will be able to buy those cards using currency from playing the game.
as for specifics, i don't know much because i never played the Japanese version. From what I've heard, these coins for "buying" the past event cards from the "store" are gained from finishing events but not choosing the event card. For example, in the last tour event you could choose between Hiiro or Tetora's 5*. In the future, there would be an option to select "10 ES coins" instead of Hiiro or Tetora. and then those "10 ES coins" could be used to buy tempest wataru or atoz kaoru!
i hope that makes sense ^^ (the amount "10" that i gave or the direct name "ES coin" might be incorrect as that is just information I have received secondhand-since i never played JP enstars)

Am i just lucky or why have i never seen a blue light whenever i do a multi? Or is it just different on the eng version of enstars?
im not actually sure abt this tbh- but on the 10 pull option for mika's feature scout it *is* a "guarantee 4 star for every 10 pull (3500 dia at one time)" which would naturally mean you should be getting gold light each time. if anything i think a blue light would be extra unlucky to see. but i also am not 100% sure on that LOL
I just recently joined the game and I was able to scout him I wanna is he rare? or he's a normal character
he gets added to the permanent gacha pool in 3 months so if you wanna pull for him you can but if not then you will have to wait for 3 months until hes in like the permanent gacha system
-Gameplay-wise his skills are mediocre imo. The special ones are those with the combo-saving or perfect combo support. Most cards' support skill is just ensemble time support (meh) or voltage support
-Character-wise he is a top-tier cutie but somehow managed to pretty as well. He's good to have. Nice MV outfit etc.
hI!! im not sure if enstars is your first gacha/rhythm game but if it is here's some info as far as i know! (as an enstars & pjsekai player)
1) so i wouldn't say any "character" is "rare" or "normal" since from the start of the game you have basically the whole cast as 1* or 2* through the audition scouts (it's the banner where u scout using the blue cards that you get from playing the beatmaps). So if were talking about characters in the cast, every player would have a different basis on who they WANT and would focus their energy on (i.e., you save all your resources for your favorite character out of the 40+; in this case Mika is among my top 5 idols so it was important for me to get him). Otherwise there are definitely people who don't have him as a fav and would choose to skip this banner
2) rather than "rare" characters, we have the different * ranks, 1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*. if you look at the gacha details on your banner, you can see that there's like a 1% chance of pulling mika. that's because he's a 5* on this banner and 5* are better than any other number. that's how we determine "rarity." so rather than "mika is more rare than rei" it would more accurately be "the 5* mika is more rare than the 1* mika"
3) beyond that, this mika is a feature scout banner. this means in 3 months he will join the pool of 5* that you can get anytime. but rather than being rate up, now he has a lower chance of coming home because he's in the same pool as like 20+ other 5*. There are some cards (not in this game yet) which are LIMITED cards, those ones will never be in a permanent banner and could be considered the MOST RARE.

Reach lv 10, grinds starry live for 5-30 dia each, for max. 360 dia a day just from that alone. Only the jp server is struggling in saving free dias (no starry lives & infinite lives in JP somehow)
Also the starting dash mission gives 3000+? Dias. Don't use your dia tickets before finishing that mission, trust me.. I regretted.

@@No_u1009 you're welcome! It's basically a daily shuffle of 9 random songs with dia or gems reward each, 12 songs in event period tho (+5000 event point reward for event song).
Located in top left and locked til lv 10(?). also Infinite lives is an awesome source for dia Scout tickets.. it cancelled my regret.
