Inspired by Eric Geusz's design. Lemon + spoons. Check out his drawings on instagram, there is a ton of stuff that makes you : O
Hell yes I'd love to see the whole build from start to finish including the paint job, I no longer have the time or space to build models these days so instead I live vicariously through UA-cam model makers like yourself and get to have fun that way, She turned out beautifully. Thank you for sharing
I will include a bit more paint next time. And I can totally understand!
Focused on the making of the body in this video! If you guys want to see how the base was made and a bit more of the painting (I usually spray them on the balcony with a base and brush on the rest by hand), let me know!
I heard he carved his model, from a bigger spoon
Very nice design ! I'd love to see the painting part.
I gotta keep the videos "short" because I got no patreons and even the bad editing that I am getting done right now takes forever :p
Brilliant,I will have to build one myself looks great.
Thank you ^^
This model looks amazing. Great work (and one like from me)
Danke xD ich wusste doch ich kenn den Namen iwo her!
Really accomplished build
Wait til you see the controller ^^
One hell of a job there. I'm subscribed.
LC-18 Geusz "Guerra:"
Designed by the Eric & Sons Aeronotics company, the LC-18 Geusz was designed as a racing craft. At the 2313 Solar Race just outside the Ort Cloud the LC-18 came in third place. However, at the following year a disaster occurred. Eric Solomez Jr, the eldest son of Eric Solomez Sr., was killed in a freak incident where his LC-18 was able to reach speeds faster than the speed of light. As a consequence of this action there were two consequences. First, was on Eric Solomez Sr., who blamed himself for the death of his first born son, and so retired from racing craft and instead moved to more safety oriented craft such as "cradles," colony ships, and freighters. Despite numerous pleas from fans, countless governments and companies, Eric Solomez Sr. never returned to designing race craft.
Or perhaps more specifically craft similar to the LC-18. For while the death of Eric Solomez was tragic it also reached a milestone as the first ship to hit light speed. Further, it was found by Alejandro Solomez that the LC-18 could stand speeds near light speed without actually breaking. This caught the attention of numerous speed hogs. But it also caught the eye of numerous military and paramilitary officials. It didn't take long for the Indian Space Force to take the leap and buy some LC-18's for testing. However, before their findings could be completed reports started flooding in about pirates utilizing the LC-18 as a fast attack craft.
While brilliant as a fast attack craft, the LC-18's structure means that it can only carry limited munitions. For pirates the favored weapon is a modified drilling laser, designed to crack open asteroids. It's short range means the LC-18 "Guerra" pilots must fly in quick lest they be destroyed. In addition to the illegal variants, which are countless, there are the more official modifications, most numerous being the LC-18c "Manekshaw," which utilizes mines and rapid fire weapons as weapons.
(Sorry for the shitty thing)
Turned out great pal. Nice :D
Thx alot!
reminds me of the old Lego spaceship nice
I am definitely going to find myself one of those drill bits. I hadn't even thought of using it the way that you do. I usually spend an exacto around the inside edge of anything but it starts to skip
Cool!
Would like to see painting process
The next videos will show even less. Nobody is paying me for this, I don't even have one patreon. The video itself is boring and not really entertaining BUT still takes me 2 hours to make. 200 files, every file 1 min long. The painting process would mean another 30-50 files.
What would be cool, is on the paint parts where the paint is still perfect and not worn there be some gloss clear blotches on some of those flat perfect areas like it was once all gloss when brand new paint coating job. Still some dusting chipping would be great also over some of the gloss etc.
What kind of spoons do you use? The plastic ones that I have won't react to Tamiya cement. Thank you!
Don't waste your money on that. I use ethylacetate as a weldbond. 10 bucks for a liter on amazon. Thats under 20 cents for a full tamiya jar.
Spoons are made of polystyrene. Same stuff as revell kits and most other plastic model kits.
@@SciFiCrafts Thanks for the tip! Where do you get polystyrene spoons? Do you have a link for that? Thanks so much!
plz what is this art called
Is there a "story" behind this one?
I found the guy by accident and had to ask him if its ok to "copy" that one.
@@SciFiCrafts oh cool. I meant lore stuff
@@gasmonkey1000 Oh I know, I am just really bad with this ^^
@@SciFiCrafts Sorry for the late reply, is it okay if I write one up? A lore thing for the model.
@@gasmonkey1000 If I ever sell it, I would write a short one up but till then I rather focus on the making so yeah, if you wanna write something up, go for it.
Why can't you talk to us instead of making me turn my volume off so I don't have to listen to that music? I like what you are doing. I want to hear about it as well as watch it.
I tell you why.....this is not worth my time. Plan was to gather a few patreons and see but nope.
@@SciFiCrafts Bummer.
Great job. Love the final product. Well done mate.
