The lesson in this guys is be very, very careful who you spread your seed with. I watched my father waste his life away entrapped by a woman who knew how to use babies to keep a chain around his neck. Think, think, think. It's not just about laying down for pleasure. If you don't think a woman could potentially make a good mother, don't even think of sleeping with her for fun in case something happens. You owe your future children the gift of an organized, caring, forward-thinking mother
Even if the guy wasn’t perfect in the relationship first doesn’t mean he has to go trough all the hard ships. Men is really facing hard ships in USA
It is not just a lack of communication. It is simply disrespectful that she will take $1,200 monthly but have the audacity to block his phone. It really is a reminder that a few moments of fun can ruin your life. The only redeeming thing is he has a daughter he loves. Kudos to him. Mistakes happen.
The while system is created to create future generations of slaves. If you think people are not slaves, you are spiritually blind.
My situation is very similar to this brother, over &40k spent on lawyer fees & basically no time with my daughter.
That’s sad. It is a very unfair to many men. Hopefully it will change one day. Stay strong !

My story is a mirror image of this brother's. Unbelievable.
I spent $20k total on lawyer fees. She took to me court the first time, despite the fact that I was giving her money weekly (what ended to be much more than what the child support order would eventually be). It was still a lot of money per month.
The second time she took me back to court was 10 months after the first summons. This time I demanded that she too must have an attorney. She eventually did because the communication had totally broken down between her and my lawyer. So the court also demanded it. She ended up spending upwards of $10k out of pocket for her lawyer.
The only good thing about having the lawyer on my end. I requested and my daughter's mom consented that there was to be no retro CS payments that I had made directly to her for 4 years. It was written in the final judgment.
For the brother, hang in there. It is not easy. It will all come to pass.

Wow Ivan this was very educational. The boy child has been marginalized by handling demanding ridiculous child support funds. A child belongs to both parents. Responsibility should not be burdened to the men. This should be a shared responsibility, love from Philadephia Pennsylvania.

Very interesting topic, Ivain. I definitely believe the child support funds are being used by the mother for other things. In the US, the mother will usually get custodial custody unless she's found unfit, which doesn't happen often. The support does have a percentage formula depending on the number of kids you have and the support does go up with cost of living adjustment. Great content. I enjoyed watching 👍👍👍.

Title IV-D passed in 1975 incentivized courts to collect child support pay by reimbursement to the court 0.67 per dollar collected in child support.
I think California has no cap on child support. Probably, that's why she moved there. Now she awaits you to make more money, and then she will take you back to court and demand more. It's hard being a man. No wonder birth rates and marriages are declining.

Very unfair for this young bro, being penalized for looking out for his daughter future. Sad outcome is breakdown of families that replicates the cycle.
I can't get pass the recklessness of not strapping on in their intimate moments. He has confessed he didn't know her well enough. She's preggers & you both didn't sit down to draw up a plan of action on how you move on? You get a lawyer & no clauses on your consent if the child moves city, state or country? Who directed you to the lawyer?
States have gone hard on child support cos for decades, a few men ruined it for the gender - they wouldn't pay child support & more.
Don't worry your daughter will come looking for you when she grows up try to be friendly with your daughter's mum so you can able to visit and see 🙈 her going to court we not solve any problems it will be complicate that is why its better to separate in a friendly way
Here tk see if any mention is made of cases like Shane Seyer or Nick Olivas from statutory CSA results in 12-15 year old boys having to pay child support to women aged 18-36.
Look up “Justia San Luis Obispo V Nathanial J” of “Justia Shane Seyer.” Justia is a case law archive that has fairly comprehensive common speak descriptions of the cases that showed truly how far the system will go to protect mothers getting child support.
