I think we need to put things into perspective and stop setting up our self to feel cheated. However despite being such a likeable personality most people can come out and say he doesn't deserve it speaks volumes. It's the first I see an award give out that unified Jamaica to let them all say he doesn't deserve it. Wayne Marshall would have gotten more respect if he had publicly declined the nomination, and publicly stated that even though he has done extensive work he still needs to do more to deserve that. Now the people just feel like you are politically aligned and not credible. Wayne Marshall has no merit to that award, and he knows it.
