I am probably going to fly to Tokyo with KLM next year, and I was wondering how KLM had changed between 2019 (the last time I flew them) and now in 2022. Although this might be a small difference and may depend on flights but I’m glad to see those plastic golden cutleries back on board! 😄 it seems that KLM is actually going back to their original ways just like before the pandemic
I had a 777 when I flew from Atlanta to Amsterdam on a red eye flight :-) The crew always seems to be upbeat, which makes for a pleasant flight 🙂

Hi how was the customer service on KLM. Are they lenient if you are 1-2kg over the checked bag and carry on limit.
Do u know where I could get a health form? That’s what’s KLM said I needed but nobody couldn’t find it nor guide me.
