Nice video man! Local Boston fishermen here checking in... looks like a nice push of fish have moved in from the south judging by the sea lice. Keep them coming - just subscribed.
thanks for the good content. I'm slipped over by the Tobin. i picked up a 20 & 30 X Rap. what speed are you typically trolling at 3-5mph? also how many seconds are you letting your line out. thanks for any help in advanced. my first year in Boston ( been in Gloucester for years ) so its been tough to learn a new area.
@@m.a.t2008 Glad you enjoyed! You nailed it, i troll at 3-5mph, and typically let out like 50-75 yards of line. My goal is to get it as far from the prop wash as possible. I would try and go to Boston Light early in the morning and troll around, I always have luck there. I can make a video that lays out exactly how I do everything trolling related. Hope to see you out there and tight lines!
I was at Boston Light and Hull Gut. The key really is to be there at the right time. I have caught more fish between 5:30 and 8 AM than any other time. You gotta be out there when they are feeding. If you aren’t you are basically trolling around hoping you hit one in the face and get a reaction strike
Awesome stuff man. Love striper fishing. Just subscribed to your channel for future vids. Keep up the awesome work man and tight lines
