Sforzando ALWAYS cracks me up when I see it on screen. It looks so derpy, especially if you have Savyna and her martial arts on the team to compare it to.
I like Lyude's specials the most, too bad you didn't include Chaotic Trio finishers. I almost forgot how cringy the cinematic intro was and how little it had to do with the events in the game.
Yeah i noticed that too. I tried to have the music just high enough so you wouldn't hear the real battle theme in the background, but i guess i failed that :p
I agree, but there is no finisher i think looks completely horrible or anything....disappointing and lame yes, but not horrible, i'm looking at you Lord of the Winds and Fangs of light :p
The attack effects really aren't the pinnacle of this game's graphics. I think that they were deliberately trying to keep them brief. The pre-rendered canvases of the environments and some of the monster designs are really impressive for its time. This game is definitely up there with Metroid Prime and Wind Waker for artistically the nicest looking game on the cube, in my view.

I remember getting to the Final boss and getting the luckiest 1 and done combo ever. 1-9 Finale with Liyude, and it was an instant win.
Had to be quick to do anything with Savyna, made her combos to finishers feel more accomplushed, my fave was Freezing Axe.

Graphics and music/sound is like Castlevania Curse of Darkness
the music is a little high compared to the voices but except for that this is very well made nice work

Theyre all so lackluster. I wish they were more flashy like the hi-ougis in Tales of.
Literally the only semi cool one is Lyude's Finale.
