All these games with insanely high budgets launch buggy and broken, lacking polish or innovative ideas, but they make sure to have DEI nonsense for their ESG investors, whether it's a new IP, sequel, remake, or remaster. I get where you're coming from, I will say not all Republicans are innocent, after all years ago they were going on news channels attacking gamers and video games, some are still doing that now. However, leftists have been in control of the game industry for years and other forms of entertainment, which is the issue, because they have been implementing their ideologies in media, as a result it's been dividing audiences and lowering the quality in products. Like I said in the video, while I'm Republican, I don't want far right ideologies crammed in games, it will continue to take away escapism from media. Politics can be incorporated in stories, it has before but not done in such a hamfisted manner like it has been currently, now it's so one sided and not done genuinely, but for the sake of social engineering. I mean we can't even trust pokemon anymore. At the very least I thought they had some pride in their creation, but apparently not. We will see a shift so big that indie companies right now will become leaders in the gaming market seemingly overnight. Works for me though because I wasn't really happy with the games that were being made for longer than 10 years anyway. I think ESG was designed by big corporations and put smaller companies in a bad situation. The more they push it, the less money they'll make, resulting in companies heavily relying on it to survive. Good points, I think we're seeing that with Embracer Group, all the studios they are letting go because the games are not selling. This is an idea that I've wanted to share for a while regarding the woke community & the game industry (SORRY FOR THE LONG READ BUT I HAD TO GO INTO DETAIL): I will use the term "WOKE COMMUNITY" as an umbrella term that includes groups like the LGBTQ, leftists, feminists, activists (etc...). Anyways, if the woke community wants to inject their poison into games so badly, then why haven't they started their own separate GAY-MING industry exclusively for the LGBTQ and the rest of the groups? It would be 1000x better if they did that instead of continuing to contaminate & ruin our gaming industry.
For example, if you look at the porn industry, its divided into the straight porn industry & the gay porn industry. These 2 industries never overlap due to rules between them. Same with strip clubs, there's ordinary strip clubs and then there's gay strip clubs. And the same goes for bars too, there's ordinary bars and then there's gay bars. Even literature has straight romance novels and gay romance novels. My point is that the same thing needs to happen to gaming as well. It needs to be split between the regular game industry and the gay/woke game industry. In their woke industry, the lgbtq, leftists, feminists & activists can put whatever they want into their LGBTQ games without worrying about getting push-back from us. This is the best solution because now the woke community can stay in their lane and we stay in our lane. That's a good idea but we know how that would go, whatever new games they create will fail. I get where you're coming from, I will say not all Republicans are innocent, after all years ago they were going on news channels attacking gamers and video games, some are still doing that now.
However, leftists have been in control of the game industry for years and other forms of entertainment, which is the issue, because they have been implementing their ideologies in media, as a result it's been dividing audiences and lowering the quality in products.
Like I said in the video, while I'm Republican, I don't want far right ideologies crammed in games, it will continue to take away escapism from media.
Politics can be incorporated in stories, it has before but not done in such a hamfisted manner like it has been currently, now it's so one sided and not done genuinely, but for the sake of social engineering.
I understand people just want play games and have fun, so do I, and it's not like every game that comes out has these issues, but a lot of games do and it's why people speak out against it, we want escapism, and I think it's important people speak with their wallets as it pertains to what they want or don't want.
@@RevenantRemnant Realistically like 85% of all games have been having these issues. You can't really escape them without boycotting everyone and going full on indie. I mean we can't even trust pokemon anymore. At the very least I thought they had some pride in their creation, but apparently not. This will slow down once every big company takes an astronomical hit this will eventually snowball into. We will see a shift so big that indie companies right now will become leaders in the gaming market seemingly overnight.
Works for me though because I wasn't really happy with the games that were being made for longer than 10 years anyway. Just people too scared to take any risks and releasing the same game again and again every year.

A lot of studios have gotten complacent and not willing to take risks, I agree, it's been going on for years and has made a lot of games stale, this is why a lot of old games will have more of a lasting impact due to what they brought to the table.

I think ESG was designed by big corporations and put smaller companies in a bad situation.
The more they push it, the less money they'll make, resulting in companies heavily relying on it to survive.
Then, when the company is completely out of money, big corporations can buy em out at a discounted price.

Good points, I think we're seeing that with Embracer Group, all the studios they are letting go because the games are not selling.
It's why we're seeing other companies letting people go at Sony, Microsoft, EA, etc etc, without ESG these studios would have filed for bankruptcy years ago but ESG investors have kept them around, just now the investments aren't paying off.

This is an idea that I've wanted to share for a while regarding the woke community & the game industry (SORRY FOR THE LONG READ BUT I HAD TO GO INTO DETAIL):
I will use the term "WOKE COMMUNITY" as an umbrella term that includes groups like the LGBTQ, leftists, feminists, activists (etc...). Anyways, if the woke community wants to inject their poison into games so badly, then why haven't they started their own separate GAY-MING industry exclusively for the LGBTQ and the rest of the groups? It would be 1000x better if they did that instead of continuing to contaminate & ruin our gaming industry.
For example, if you look at the porn industry, its divided into the straight porn industry & the gay porn industry. These 2 industries never overlap due to rules between them. Same with strip clubs, there's ordinary strip clubs and then there's gay strip clubs. And the same goes for bars too, there's ordinary bars and then there's gay bars. Even literature has straight romance novels and gay romance novels. My point is that the same thing needs to happen to gaming as well. It needs to be split between the regular game industry and the gay/woke game industry.
In their woke industry, the lgbtq, leftists, feminists & activists can put whatever they want into their LGBTQ games without worrying about getting push-back from us. This is the best solution because now the woke community can stay in their lane and we stay in our lane. They DONT bother us because they wont be able to contaminate our games with their leftist & political bullcrap ideologies anymore AND we don't bother them. In the end, everyone WINS.
The LGBTQ & the woke mob are always crying about the fact that they aren't represented in video games as much as they want to, so the perfect solution would be for them to create their own separate Gay-ming Industry for Gay-mers. They can keep their woke filled crap on their side while us regular gamers can keep enjoying our great games on our side. The woke mob can create their own LGBTQ superheroes, their own LGBTQ racing games, their own LGBTQ RPG's (etc...), this way we wouldn't have to worry about them ruining Spiderman, Wolverine, Batman (etc...). This is why the overall game industry should be split into the GAMING Industry & the GAY-MING industry so that none of these industries will conflict with one another. I fail to see how this can be a bad thing when everyone would be winning in this situation.

We all know the answer : Because they lack creativity, because they are unable to make their own. And in many cases, they don't want to. It's about activism, not love for gaming.
That's a good idea but we know how that would go, whatever new games they create will fail.
The activists within the woke community know this and it's why they latch on to existing IPs and invade well known studios, but even that tactic falls flat, Saints Row 2022 and Suicide Squad KTJL are examples of this.
