Your ADHD-attentive material is brilliant. Like, you either are just a natural or have experience with it. Most videos act like we’re literally an asylum patient or something. It’s about making us WANT to focus, and you do a great job :)
I mean i have ADHD but i mostly have no trouble to focus if i really have to. If i lose focus i can pick it up again quickly usually but then again i got my diagnosis over 15 years ago at age 6 so i have experience. Its been most of my life.
The subtle praise after asking us to focus on different things (which I found was a fun game somehow, I loved it) feels SO good. It's just a single word, "good", for such a simple task, but it still feels amazing hearing it. Thanks
I really like how you ask us ADHD gremlins to focus in a kinder way and always end up praising us even tho we might be lost in other thoughts and my favorite part is always how you manage to catch my attention again by changing how close you are to the mic, as well as being quiet while you do a trigger (eg. tapping or playing with the bag) and then add more noise with asking us to focus. Thank you for these amazing ADHD asmr videos

Cap, this kind of content is not only relaxing but I genuinely use these as therapeutic tools for my neurodivergent clients to redirect them from a crisis state. What you do is unique and deeply appreciated, especially by all the other weirdos out here. Amazing content, thank you.
I am an ADHD gremlin who has been listening to ASMR for a full decade now (for relaxation) and have never once experienced tingles until seeing your ADHD ASMR videos. Just watched this one for a second time because last night that little green bag knocked me out like an elephant tranquilizer.
Your adhd asmr Videos are the best. I already have a million thoughts running through my head so all the "new trigger per minute" videos are just overstimulating. I don't know how you do it but your videos put me straight to sleep. The perfect mix of pace, whispering, soft speaking and awesome triggers.
Adhd gremlin just feels so warm to be called❤ i love these videos, you're my favorite asmr creator😊 I really feel comfortable "being around you" and having these "moments" when seeing your vids hehe
I lose focus during majority of asmr I put on - yours so effortlessly pulls me back when I'm starting to drift, it's amazing :) Love the jigglypuff bit and the bag was SUPERB.
I feel like the easiest way to keep someone with ADHD attentive to the situation is to just talk about what you want them to pay attention to, and you do it really consistently with all of these videos
I don’t have ADHD, but I have OCD and found this super relaxing, perhaps you should do a video on OCD, that would be amazing. Thank you so much Cap well done ❤
Honestly I hadn’t been into ASMR videos as much as I used to be for a long time, especially the last few years, as some trauma made me fully unable to sleep without drugs. My anxiety-riddled, ADHD-powered dumb butt is absolutely delighted to have found you. Having a rough night, I see an ADHD related vid and I am THERE. ❤ Thanks for the inevitable rest. 😊
It's me, I'm the ADHD gremlin. This video was really nice I liked the fast to slow element you did with the focus trigger and the Popsicle sticks. It also seemed like you had a lot of fun with it which is always good. Your comments with the squish toys got a couple giggles out of me.
Hey cap, I appreciate your videos a lot. Been having a really hard time in life with relationships and you make me feel really welcome especially with videos like this. Thank you
Hi Cap, I'm Italian but I must confess that you are the only asmr artist to help me. Your videos are beautiful and the care you put into them is obvious. thank you so much. a kiss from Italy.
Earlier today i too my motorcycle license exam. I passed! I can officially say you made a difference in the night beforehand when I was struggiling with falling asleep. Thank you so much cap, i Owe you 😊
Had a weird week not good but not bad this helped me get relaxed and distracted my mind for not so nice thoughts I really enjoyed it and it helped with other anxieties I was feeling so thank you! Your asmr is amazing and is so tingly
I don't know if I actually have ADHD, but I got bored and distracted quite a lot watching ASMR videos, so this ones are pretty enjoyable for me 'cause I can't get distracted even if I want to
I love your focus on this/focus on that videos! ❤ You've got some mad skills being able to say that line over and over so fast. You must be really good at tongue twisters...! I'm thinking "Peter Piper picked a peck, (focus on the peck), of pickled peppers, (focus on the peppers)! Where's the peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked?" 😂
Ohhh. My goodness. I'm on this tilt-a-whirl of amazing sounds and triggers. The ice bag alone is giving me delicious tingles. A gentle balloon with ice softly clinking in liquid. Those layered sounds with the jar and the wooden sticks. The weird squishy toys. Bailey you've outdone yourself. Relaxing yes. But also, I'm loving it. Thank you my friend. This is very very good! Goodnight.♥️🫠 Hugs.
This is great. This is helping me calm down after the insurance company decided to jerk me around on my refill for my meds so right now I’m off and having such a hard time.
Beautiful video, cute and original as your usual, Cap! I think it's your joyful and calming voice that gives more tingle, as in all your videos. But I find that this time it gave an even more tingling effect because you whispered the entire time and very close to the mic😍. A big hug from Italy 💕
That was awesome. I just get so many tingles and enjoy it. And you seems really enjoyed wile do this. It is just simple video not too much editing and yet so freaking tingly. I like that you don't force yourself to do perfect editing you just enjoy it and having fun. 🙃
I can't say I enjoyed all of them (pretty sure I have some kind of misophonia) but the ones I could watch/listen to were super tingly! And yes I am an ADHD gremlin!
Great video cap. One thing I would suggest is to make longer breathing excercises, inhaling and exhaling only through your nose. I'm not sure about the science behind it but it is estimated that nose-breathing is better than mouth-breathing (even if its just exhaling). The latter may be associated with a sympathetic nervous system response, such as when we excercise, whereas nose-breathing isn't. Anyway, I don't think is that important, just a slight recommendation.
I love these kind of videos. The whole focus and breathing plus your amazing vocal prowess it's just sublime 👏👏I would be tongue tied just a few seconds in.😉😋 P.S. Loved the Jigglypuff/ pokemon reference, it went straight to my millennia heart 😂

might not be what you mean but i love when Luna Bloom says good specifically 3 times after every activity. it's great

Are you colorblind? Cause the bag is blue. No worries tho
Didn't know a random blue bag would be a tingle trigger for me but here we are 😊 thanks for being so good to us!
Blue bag looks like a giant scortum 😂😂

Not leaving a like after getting tingles from Cap's video should be illegal.
much love

I don’t have ADHD (at least I don’t think I do), but this was filled with tingles. Great job… and I don’t know how you didn’t get tongue twisted!
Thanks Anthony!!

The ice bag was BLISS! ;-)
"focus on the sponge is so hard to say" ... that cracked me up, cap! Thank you for the chill out & smiles!
I’m already laying in bed ready to snooze. Thanks cap. ❤

THANK YOU FOR THIS! This is by far my favorite trigger that you do
I have only watched 2 videos of yours, both the adhd ones, and you might be my new favorite ASMR artist! Im obessed
Thank you for always putting so much effort in your videos.
It is always super relaxing and helps me go through my day a lot easier.
I got so many tingles off that breathy whisper at 6:17 makes me wonder how tingly a mouth-sound video would be.
Omg, i just finished my workout and saw the notification! I don't have ADHD but man this is insanely good ❤
You're a wizard. I went from awake and excited to tiring out like I desired. Also, your smile is infectious 😊
I rarely get tingles down into my fingers and toes - but this did it!, this ADHD gremlin thanks you.
The bag sounds are amazing 😍
As an ADHD Gremlin, this was wonderful, always love your ASMR!
Another tough week filled with anxiety and your tingly whispers are once again getting me through it 😌 thank you for everything handsome 💕
I love the Cap staple grounding breathing. So good to start a video with
"How many fingers am i holding up....nothing, good"
My dumbass: "circle"
The second you started talking the tingles started!
This was so good! Love all the sounds and the “focus on me”. I think the ice pack was my favorite. I hope you use it more 🙏
Had a weird week not good but not bad this helped me get relaxed and distracted my mind for not so nice thoughts I really enjoyed it and it helped with other anxieties I was feeling so thank you! Your asmr is amazing and is so tingly
This is fantastic! Keep up the great work 😊❤
I woke up super tense today and everything hurts, so this is a nice distraction.
I don't know if I actually have ADHD, but I got bored and distracted quite a lot watching ASMR videos, so this ones are pretty enjoyable for me 'cause I can't get distracted even if I want to
Cap never misses with a video😌
For me is your whispering ❤ I don't know what it is I fall asleep every time 😌😴
The video was so good. Best whisper for sure

Very relaxing, thanks again for the great video!!
Great video Cap! It would be awesome if you'll bring a hand sounds only video on this channel 🙂

Cap!! You look extra handsome in this video. Lots of tingles, super relaxing, love it. You're the best
Right in time for my afternoon coffee nap like the true ADHD gremlin I am haha
Coffee naps are the best
Officially called a NAP-PUCCINO!!!
I kinda forgot to go to bed so this is perfect. 👌
Weird, but I'm somewhat proud to be one's of Cap's ADHD gremlins 😂😂😂
Funniest parts for me were...
* "Clefairy!"
* "Oink oink oink"
😂
Cool Video. I was half asleep at the end.
Yeah, i was watching this to relax at like 8-8:30... And I woke up at like 11. I was so confused. Lol. That's your superpower Cap.
Oooo so good. My ADHD thanks you!
