Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu with Kamal Hassan, Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa with Trisjha Krishnan which he remade as Ekk Deewana Tha, are his major works. Most of his films are musical hits. Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa established Trisha's career. But Hindi version was not good and climax was also changed. Trisha uss film ki jaan thi.
