The little things like this that don't seem to be a big deal, they out do other flagships in these minor categories. Agreed. I don't want a phone the size of a small laptop computer. I bought an open box Galaxy S24 and am loving it. Camera does matter to me, and the Galaxy certainly delivers on the still picture and video quality.
One Plus eeeeeeeasy wtf. One Plus is better in everything. Why even compare when OnePlus 12 has a bigger brighter a better pixel density screen than the Ultra and a 10 bit screen while Ultra have 8bit. Same performance, one plus is smoother, better battery, excellent gaming and more. So why you compare the S24 to the One plus 12 🤣 Oh I think I know, you wanna dowplay the One Plus 12 that's why you doing this no other reason.

@jordanjackson8873 Okay, obviously you've never had the OP 12, because the battery 🔋 and charging blows the S24 Ultra away. For what you're paying for in terms of price difference, the OP 12 does more than just a good job overall.

The OnePlus 12 stomps the Samsung in every department lol way better hardware and the charger is in the box! It has 5 years of software support also not just 4, and Samsung can claim 7 gears but hows the battery life gonna be in 6.5 years
I have a OnePlus12. I have largely used Samsung and iPhone for the last decade with a year or so using a Moto. Honestly they are largely the same. If you value the hardware specs of the camera get the OnePlus. If you value better software update support and longevity, get the S24. In theory the s24 will be supported almost twice as long as the 1+12, so if you plan to use the phone for the full advertised life (minus the cost of a battery replacement every two - three years) the s24 suddenly becomes a much better device for the dollar. It depends on what you want from your phone.
Agree to what you think. Even if S24 gets supported till 2031 but will the phone handle it with this comes the battery longevity. Previously given their record and let's be honest here, people adopt gadgets more quickly in the last few years. I have changed 3 phones since last year.
big question is will they survive til the end of their software support (more thna the battery can break, i have an old phone somewhere 6 years old that overheats from something as simple as booting. thats gonna be real expensive
