It does more harm to a child when they know they are different and think will never be accept. It hurts them more when they think their own family will never accept them for who they are. We need to teach love and acceptance of all, not hate. Keep in mind if it is a choice to be Gay then it is a Choice to be Straight. If you can not change your Sexual Orientation, then do not expect others to. Just accept others as you want them to accept you.

Because that happened, and it should never happen. Would you bring your kid to drag Queen story hour, and let them read "All boys aren't blue"? Seems like a disgusting situation to put your kids in. Teach them to think for themselves, or someone else will do that for you.
