3:30 speaker says 5years warranty for foam in video, kannada kuvara added 15years to attract views but finally when I visited the store today they said only 3years warranty for the entire sofa.

ನಮಸ್ತೇ ಸರ್. ಮನೋಜ್ ಸರ್ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಚಾನಲ್ ವೀಕ್ಷಕರಾಗಿದ್ದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಡೈನಮಟಿಕ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಮೇಲೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಟ್ಟು ಸೋಫಾ ಜೂನ್ 2ಕ್ಕೆ ಖರೀದಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ಮೂರೇ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಅದರ ಲೆಗ್ಸ್ ಕಳಚಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದು, ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕಂಪ್ಲೇಂಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸರ್ವೀಸ್ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ. ದಿನಾ ಕಾಲ್ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಇವತ್ತಿನ ದಿನದ ವರೆಗೆ ಬರೀ ನಪಗಳನ್ನೇ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಇನ್ಮುಂದೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಡಿಯೋ ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸರ್ವೀಸ್ ಕೊಡುವರೆ ಎಂದು ಖಾತರಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ವಿಡಿಯೋ ಮಾಡಿ. ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ನೀವು ಹಾಕುವ ವಿಡಿಯೋಗಳ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ವೀಕ್ಷಕರ ಸಮಯ ಮತ್ತು ಹಣ ಪೋಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗಮನ ಕೊಡಿ.

I recently visited this furniture store in the basement and had a terrible experience. Asked about a 3-seater sofa, and the seller quoted Rs 9,000, with some bigger ones at Rs 10,500. The guy couldn’t even decide if he'd sell me the display piece or a new one. When I offered Rs 8,000 since I’d handle the transport, he acted like he was doing me a huge favor by just talking to me.
The seller was rude, mumbled something in his Urdu accent, and basically couldn’t care less if I bought the sofa or not. Honestly, if he had been polite, I would’ve purchased it, but his attitude was so off-putting that I walked away and won’t ever return.
Heads up to anyone thinking of shopping here - if you want to be treated with respect, avoid this place! There are better stores out there that actually value their customers.
