Saylor Lectures Neighbors on Civility

Davis City Councilmember Don Saylor lectured neighbors who were opposing a housing development on civility and proper etiquette. Councilmember Greenwald defended the neighbors suggesting that Mr. Saylor ought not be lecturing to them and that he had been inconsistent in his admonishment.
