There’s an option to upgrade them to hsw. Pretty much doubles acceleration and makes the vehicle a lot faster and has better handling.

You gotta be a sweat to get those time trials, and it takes multiple attempts at that. Even requires the very best vehicles. Nowhere near worth the time or investment it takes. No new player can complete them first try, it's not 2 minutes its minimum 20.
