Darn it. I'm more of a CB watcher, but it was always nice to use Ramees' channel when I wanted to take a peak at what CG might be up to. I haven't used FB in over a decade, and I don't plan on changing that. Guess I'll have to check out Koil's channel more often now.

@KonaGaming Never claimed to be a true fan of his. I just like hopping around channels and checking out what else is going on in The City once in a while things are slow on Sykkuno, Buddha, or Tony's streams.
Using FB and using FBG are different just as a heads up.

it wasnt a 9-5 to everyone getting technical. his work hours were from 7 to 3 (he could get off early because he worked from home) and started stream anywhere from 3-4:30 EST.
Congratz on him & the whole squad for securing their futures. The content those boys produce is enough for me to not give a fuck what platform they are on.
Saying that though, Facebook gaming's UI is absolute trash as a viewer. I really hope they have a massive overhaul of it.
Wish I could say the same but I'm literally not watching anyone who goes to FB, and I don't intend to even if they figure it out. I'm glad they got money but fuck Facebook and everything it stands for.

First time I watched a streamer on fb was when Mehdi switched over to fb. I always watched him in the mornings. I really hated chatting on fb, it is very laggy and cant even rewind the stream while it’s live. But good for Ramee for securing the bag. He deserves it
You can 100% rewind stream on FB gaming....which you can't do on Twitch...
The chat is the main thing I don’t like about Facebook + the fact you can’t check phone notifications whilst still watching but it’s a lot more positive vibes over on fb

@@24kNick rewinding live on the same page and having to navigate to a VOD page are two completely different things. Going to a VOD is not "rewinding", everyone knows that because it is one of the most requested new twitch feature. Also unless something has changed recently (I don't navigate to VODs cause the whole VOD system on twitch sucks so bad) you can not return to live on VODs either.
I hate fb but as a loyal viewer of ramee idgaf I'm watching him on fb now, also there are things that make the transition easier for a twitch viewer to move to fb like a google chrome extension that makes chat look like twitch chat

Made the move when randy switched over so it's not too much of an issue, for anyone on the fence honestly the platform switch isn't too bad even though the UI is subpar especially if you are on PC

Yes and no. But streamer should imho protect the community. I tried watching k and randy etc but gotten many dms, hate comments, ppl adding me, etc on fb. So decided to make new profile for watching cg fb foes nope banned. He knew what he was doing getting that money and leaving behind a HIGE community bc even on the discord so much hate bc of how the platform is atm. He took a bigger cut I believe while the community is suffering bc we don’t want hate etc in our personal accounts etc platform needs to do more and toast suggestions to fb was good but fh didn’t do much which would’ve helped a ton to chatters.
Not true. I can't get fb gaming on my ps4 so that's why me and alot of other people stop watching.
@@boines Dont create a new profile. Make a "page" with whatever username you use on twitch or social media or whatever, and you have the option to watch and chat in streams that way without using your real information.

the ads on twitch are from the streamers playing ads, streamers dont have to. They just have it on auto-play and then they can manually play however many ads they want

100% the silver lining ive been thinking about is chat is gonna be so much better.
Ramees chat was like diet toxic but it was well balanced and controlled within the minor "factions" inside of it. The mods were active but it was hilariously almost self modded by the chatter. People got called out for doing dumb shit more by the average chatter (some more prominent in the community) than others. Its actually one of the most fun groups in discord and in chat ive been a part of. But maybe because i like diet toxicity who knows
I don't get why every complains about not using facebook so not watching the content, 90% of the good stuff is uploaded to youtube minutes after it happened anyway and the rest of it you'll find on vods that people upload

Ramee was finally able to quit his irl job as a engineer. He worked an everyday job just to come home and stream for another 8 hours. They got paid big just to sign a deal. Plus all the subs don't get a percent taken unlike on twitch

there's 1 extension you can dl to update the chat. my FB chat looks way cleaner than twitch chat, custom background and emotes, all BTTV and 7tv etc. plus way better bitrate so high quality video. its shit on mobile tho
