I watched both because of the cuttie nature of his videos, often doing serious patrols as an LEO or heists where him and Finn played by the book as much as possible. Also, I enjoyed Finnigan and WhoIsSPoonbill and since they rolled with PC until the allegations came up, there wasn't much of a choice because thats where Finn and Spoonbill made content.. He also did things in a more realistic way compared to Buggs and Jeff. But id also religiously watched ( and still do) Buggs and Jeff too because I wanted that goofy side like when they were all still in DOJ( same reason why i watch Pro Gamer Dude and PGN) sometimes.

I used to feel bad when I strictly sided with Buggs and Jeff back in the day, because Polecats videos were honestly depressing when it was just him and his kronies. There used to be a time when I thought maybe Polecat could make a return with Buggs' FivePD series, because I didnt know what happened behind the scenes so I couldnt exactly blame anyone. But after hearing the allegations and seeing the evidence of how he's acted behind the scenes and how he treated other people, I dont feel bad at all. Im glad I stuck with Buggs and Jeff throughout all of this. I would NOT wanna be a fan of Polecat right now.

Agreed. And they seem to have fun with the videos, however ridiculous. They enjoy making others laugh and just having a good time. Which is a stark contrast to any of Polecat's videos in the last year or so. He is seemly always antagonizing others, usually for no real reason. Maybe that's just his 'character', but when that's all you show it comes off as offputting at best.

I didn't start watching DOJ until about four or five months ago, and I started with the newer videos, like 2018 and onwards. Polecat while funny and creative always struck me as a total dick who would always have a negative tone to his voice, especially when talking to other role players on his server - even Buggs. He'd freak out and let people know they weren't role playing "right" and with thin veils threaten people who annoyed him. I never understood his appeal, but I always enjoyed Buggs.
So I went back and watched much older RP videos with Polecat, and he was a completely different person then. The negative, controlling, arrogant, powertripping Polecat wasn't around then. Or if he was, it was much less obvious. It just seems like he couldn't handle being in charge, and it changed him, turned him into a douche.

I think some of it was his relentless content making. Part of what made him popular was constant content. 2, 3, sometimes even 4 videos a week at some points. Grinding out video after video with little to no breaks between is a surefire way to burn out any youtuber. It could have been a power trip, but it could have also been mental exhaustion. I've seen a lot of youtubers burn themselves out. Some come back after a couple of weeks or even a couple of months. Some never come back at all.

However, what was said about his narcissistic tendencies and control over rp situations was often a very true aspect. If you rewatch polecat/buggs videos where they were together, you’ll notice areas that buggs cut out that polecat didn’t, where he’s acting a bit more arrogant than he needed to be or would be to people in real life. It's awkward because there are videos on my channel where I say that Polecat, Buggs & Jeff were the ones who inspired me to start youtube. But I'm old enough to remember Polecat first joining. I also remember the multiple times that DOJ had controversies on Reddit that were largely unnoticed by the youtube viewers. It was during then that rumors first started circulating but it was mostly about his power hungry nature. I distinctly remember going back and watching an old video, and while he was a criminal, requested the cop call him Sir, and was raging when the guy didn't want to. (like he was coughing when the guy didn't at the end of a sentence)
I also think that Polecat & Jeff never got on... there is not a single video on either of their channels where it is just them. There was always Buggs, Ryan, Alex or Zach with them, whichever game they played.

Thanks to Buggs and PC I joined DOJRP a few years ago and was in the SAHP for 1,5 years before leaving.. I have been in his patrols a few times, never interacted with him tho, but the Teamspeak had to be clean as a whistle when he joined, so had to be the gameplay, everything had to be legit unless he was a civ, he would ignore some rules.. I've spoken to some members who were there waaaay before me and some indeed told me that PC was pretty "scary" to be around, all had to go by his book, his rules and the RP went from realistic but fun to straight up real life when he got there.. he even stopped streams and whole RP scenarios to pull people apart in TS and in game, shout at them and banning/kicking them. He was power hungry, unfortunately so were a few other high ranking members and admins. Especially in the various discord groups you had to watch out what to say or you would be reprimanded... after a while DOJ didn't feel fun anymore and started to look like a genuine job, especially with all the mandatory hours you had to put in each month otherwise you'll get demoted and in the end terminated from the community...
I know Jeff made it clear he was starting OCRP and alot of the members joined him, idk voluntarily or whatever but I also don't see Jeff as a community robber to say it like that.. Jeff and Buggs are the reason I started RP in the first place.
The rule list of DOJ is enormous, so is the application process making it feel like you are applying for the actual police force, it's fucking ridiculous... The rules said that if you are in multiple RP groups you must make it known to the admins and they even have a Blacklist with communities you can't join, if you do you'll be kicked out of DOJ...
Haven't watched PC since Buggs basically left, hope he is still doing fine in life and whatever goes on hope he makes the best of it.. No matter what the allogations are, I would never wish anything bad to a person

The moral of this story is, stay the fuck away from minors and you won't EVER have to worry about people making accusations. Jordon did this to himself. He never should have put himself in that position, but at the very least, he should have changed his ways after the first allegation 9 years ago. Instead he created an environment that allowed him to be in contact with minors on a regular basis, and he continued the behavior that resulted in more allegations from minors.

I used to watch DOJ years ago when the guys were together and having a lot of fun (and us viewers too!) but I have always felt something was not right with Polecat. He used to be a little more aggressive compared to the other two, nothing serious, don't get me wrong, but out of the three, he was my least favorite. Something that started to be only my feeling, became to increase a little more at every video, to the point that I almost couldn't stand him.
So when they've split up I went with Jeff without even thinking about it and since then I'm a proud fan of OCRP from day 1!
With that said, even not knowing what happened later on, I'm not surprised that many people left DOJ and joined OCRP. And Jeff never claimed (and I'm sure he didn't even think of it) to "steal" players from DOJ for his new community. He's a cool guy, wise and honest and never changed from his days on DOJ.
I wish DOJ community to get back to its golden era along with OCRP and maybe have a crossover once in a while, that would be epic!

No he won't. Sosa Vinchi called him a child grooming pedophile last year and he did nothing about it.
It isn't defamation if what is being said about you is true.

That comment you quoted was the most true thing ever. It’s the reason I just can’t watch him anymore is because all his rp interactions where just him talking over the other person and basically telling him what to do

One thing I never really noticed until the rosey glasses came off was how much of a douche bag he is. You don’t see it on the edited videos, but the live videos really show off his douchey behavior.

Any time I watched his videos, I always saw that he had to own all or of part of every business in his server, thus not giving anyone else any real reason to participate. His vulgarities and insults to other players was a common occurence with him. Players would seem to be more afraid that they would not interact correctly with him than anything else. There was a lot of fail RP on his part as well. I believe he may have known his end was coming as he seemed to lighten up and act more reasonable outside of the occasional slip. Perhaps he was trying to redeem himself, or correct previous action. Unfortunately, it seems it was to little to late. I do not wish him harm, and I can hope that he can find his way out of this abyss, learn from his mistakes and become a better entertainer in the future.

That isn't true. "Jim Lahey" [CivRyan] owned the 24/7s until he left DOJRP. Someone else owned them after. Jordon only RP'd that he owned them for his videos. Other than that, there wasn't any ownership of businesses that I remember.

The fact is that he is guilty. If he were not guilty he would still be making videos. If you all go to his videos page he was playing other games then just DOJRP. He just dissapeared from the internet altogether. His social media sites have gone dead nothing since his last video. If he were not guilty he would have at least made a stand and fought. He is guilty he knows it that is why he gave it all up.

Any fans of buggs that watched his old vids, might remember the awkward, borderline rude attitude when polecat metaed between interactions. You will almost never see anyone but buggs, jeff, and occasionally bxrich, interacting with his rp’s or meta chat. It was almost always followed up by silence then buggs breaking the tension. I never noticed any of this my first watch through, but around the time they stopped uploading together, I rewatched the whole series and it was really obvious to me that things had been growing unstable for a long time.

  • @LachlanKellett

I legit only just noticed after this video that he has stopped uploading... I have been seeing all of the Allegations for the past few years, I've continued watching because I like the community but the videos aren't what they used to be and to be honest even with the people he's been doing DOJ content with for the past year or so ( Christian aka Finnegan, WhatMuppet, etc ) the content has slowly become boring. The Community hasn't died down but Polecat has died down, I feel many of his long time viewers are leaving and now that he has stopped uploading and videos like these coming out, I feel he could loose a heap more subscribers. I don't know whether to un-sub myself because it doesn't seem like he's coming back but there is not many DOJ youtubers out there.
If he has left, he will need to explain all of this if he decides to come back, otherwise it will forever be a mystery on what really happened and why he was being like this. The fact he has stepped down from Director is screaming Guilty in itself...
