I watched the series first then decided to read the books. I prefer the series to the books. There were to many other characters in the books I preferred the way in Cockoos calling the changed the Rochelle character and it was Strike that found her in the bath dead. And the character of Tansy was better than the book. The book had so many bitchy male and female characters. The series are so much better than the books. Sorry JK! Have read Troubled blood. Did enjoy it and looking forward to seeing on TV. Love Strike and Robins slow burn attraction to one another. Need that Al the way through to the last ever book. Hope there are many more to come
