The smile on Scott's face....LA being like a jubilant kid...we can all relate to how they look like they feel. They care just as much as all of us fans. It's great to have them in the booth, I never thought anyone could fill HK's shoes ... But Scott Franzke is already legendary in his own right in Philly.

AWESOME and with no complaints from Angelo Cataldi about the Color the next day.
The first time I tried to watch this, UA-cam shorts did what it does best and screwed up. So, even though I didn't click away from the video, a different video started playing EXACTLY when Franzkie realized the ball was leaving the yard. Then the screen paused on Franzkie about to make the call, and I started listening to some random dude talk dully about some boring 1987 NBA team or whatever.
Long story short, the perfect timing of everything made me think I legitimately got mad trolled.

1) LA’s inability to stifle his shout during Franzke’s call out of pure joy, then bowing to Bryce out of sheer awe, and then spot on comment “worth every penny of that contract”

2) Franzke’s “bedlam at the bank” call and then just looking around and trying to take the incredible scene in, almost like he couldn’t believe his eyes, and lastly closing his eyes and pumping his fists and loving this as a true Phillies fan ❤

When Schwarber launched that 488 foot blast at Petco Park back in game one of that series I kinda had a feeling that they would go to the Fall Classic but it was Bryce’s home run in game five confirmed it for me

I was there watching, dejected ,eating awful manco and mancos pizza after they blew the lead. Hearing that bat crack a looking up, knowing it was gone still gives me chills. I ran down the concourse John giving everyone I passed. Amazing memory.

I sat in upper levels in right field. My seat had a clear view of the skyline, and during the bedlam, I thought what was happening in homes and bars in South Philly, thinking the roofs were about to explode.
I was working nightshift at Shell Polymers in Beaver County PA listening to this entire post season and this by far had me jumping up and down acting a fool in front of soooooo many Houston fans on site with me 🤣 needless to say it was bitter during the World Series in that tent with them. But this was awesome to hear
