Yes, all fish that are for keep are blead & gilled. The crew will also gut the Tuna as well before they put them in the RSW (Refrigerated Sea Water) fish hold, which is around 32 degrees. Bluefin Tuna on this trip, maybe YELLOWFIN on the next, thank you 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽
