Christina C Repentance is a change of mind. For the Gentiles it means to “turned to God from idols” (Thessalonians 1:9); as seen in Acts 17:16…29-31 which says: “Now while Paul waited for them at Athens, his spirit was stirred in him, when he saw the city wholly given to idolatry. … Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device. And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.” And as a result of Paul’s preaching verse 34 says: “Howbeit certain men clave unto him, and believed …” The Apostle Paul never says “repent and believe.” When a person believes, they are changing their mind from whatever they previously thought to believe in the truth of the gospel. The first recording of Apostle Paul’s message when preaching the gospel is also the first time “justification” is preached in the Bible, is Acts 13:38,39: “Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.” “Believe” is always the only thing he called on sinners to do to be saved. Here is a sample list: Act 14:1 “And it came to pass in Iconium, that they went both together into the synagogue of the Jews, and so spake, that a great multitude both of the Jews and also of the Greeks believed.” Act 16:30,31 “And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.” Romans 1:16 “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.” Romans 3:21,22 “But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:” Romans 3:28 “Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.” Romans 4:3 and jumping to the end of the chapter, Romans 4:23-25 says: “For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. … Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it was imputed to him; But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead; Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.” Then Romans 5:1 concludes: “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:” 1Corinthians 1:20,21 “Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.” The Gospel in its essence and simplicity is found in I Corinthians 15:1-4 which says: “Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:” To “believe in vain” according to I Corinthians 15:14 & 17 is to not believe that Jesus Christ rose from the dead - “And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain. … And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins.” But according to verse 2, if you believe verses 3&4, then “ye are saved.” This is the “simplicity in Christ” - II Corinthians 11:3,4 “But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.” ua-cam.com/video/8jj-ow2075o/v-deo.html

One thing I do is cancel out all distractions and like you said get back to the basics. When I pray I ask God to give me endurance. Also, journaling while reading the bible is refreshing and puts things in perspective. Active church life helps as well♥

One verse that I love to go to is Hebrews 13:5 Let your character or moral disposition be free from love of money [including greed, avarice, lust, and craving for earthly possessions] and be satisfied with your present [circumstances and with what you have]; for He [God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. I will not, I will not, I will not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let you down relax My hold on you! Assuredly not! The fact that He says "I Will Not! three times gives me assurance that He is not playing any games and makes it extra special to read. When God says He is going to or not going to do something He means it 💖💖

My great grandmother always says “That word will keep ya “ & so what I do is just stay in my word. I pray the scriptures and believe like I’m hanging on to a floatee/life preserver in the middle of the ocean. Pray the scripture for 2 main reasons: 1. God said in Jeremiah 1 that he is watching over his word to perform it. 2. When God performs and helps you after you get done praying the scriptures and you’re out of that troubled season- you will be STRENGTHENED and will KNOW that his word is true.

I often cry first to let the emotions out then say at least one thing I'm thankful of towards God. Write how I'm feeling and reflect and this huge weight is released and I feel at peace. I struggle with doubt and anxiety, but God always calms me down. He got us brothers and sisters, Amen!

Rachel Richardson Repentance is a change of mind. I’ve been losing so much faith I applied to so much jobs and didn’t get 1, I failed school so I’m back this semester doing the 3 subjects I failed, I’m going through so much personal problems and I’m trying my hardest to be strong.
The thing is the Lack of Knowledge Which the Lord is telling us in the book of Hosea:4;6 Sometimes, We need to repent and go to the first Love that is Spoken of in the book of Revelation, Thanks ñ Lot Leahs . ❤❤❤
Prioritizing my time to spend with Him alone, writing in my journal, speaking with my Christian friends, and activley listening to live Gospel music helps a lot. "It coulda been me it shoulda been me it woulda been me if it wasn't for the Lord" has been a comforting/reassuring thing to repeat. Also, Encourage Yourself by The Tri-City Singers is a great reminder as well.
This video was on time for sure, I'm in the process of moving and felling extremely overwhelmed and full of anxiety. So many things in my life are changing and the enemy is really trying to take me down. Thank you for this!!!!

I am so glad that just like you said, when I have gotten down, the Spirit led me to get back in the Word and it is so encouraging especially if you’ve been slacking on Bible studying with the the cares and busyness of this life
I am so greatful for this message thank you for your help. It's an encouragement to me as I am triumphing doubt. I also journal and pray. I try to stop acting like I'm okay when I'm praying to God. I am.honest with where my heart is and I truly to His work because it's a light to my path way. So I would take a sxripturevthat speak on doubt like James 1:6. I read it thoroughly and break it down. So the scripture says that when I ask, I must have faith in God alone. So I look at that and ask myself what have I been having faith in besides God and be honest with myself. That way I see my mistakes and then find solutions in the same verse. Quite times are a great tool for me. I make the time to just be quiet and I hear what Gid is saying to me.

For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.” ua-cam.com/video/8jj-ow2075o/v-deo.html
i love this video so much, because it is so timely for me. We sometimes forget to open our Bibles when life’s situations get hard, because we are looking for quick fixes. and when the fixes don't worm we sulk up, but the treatment is in the Bible and the positive proclamations on our lives. There is power in the tongue and speaking the word over our lives. i urge everyone to open the Bible and speak the word over your life.
Thank you Leah for making this video and sharing your advice and encouraging words! In my life I go through ups and downs in my faith as I am sure others do too. I have been in a low the past few days. I haven't been cheerful or as kind as I want to be. I really just feel like my cup is empty and I know I can't pour from an empty cup. I try my best to get out of the funks by reading my Bible and devotional even when I don't want to. I listen to transformation church messages and podcasts. I try to think back to all the ways God has been so faithful and good to me. When I get focused so much on the doubts and fears I forget to see the big picture of how much God has done for me. I try to remember that this is our journey (mine and God's) and this is just a season. Good will come out of this. The song "Victory" by elevation worship is so good. It says "You take what the enemy meant for evil, and You turn it for good." Such a sweet reminder.
Thank you for posting this. This has been a tough season for me. I can sense God's favor going before me, but I am still being tested and it is far from easy to keep my faith intact. I definitely feel challenged and hurt. It was good to hear from you and read comments about praying for endurance, staying in God's word, and being confident in what he has told us. I especially appreciate you discussing how you fight anxiety as that has been an ongoing fight for me too.
I'm always so blessed hearing your encouragements Leah. I've been through tough times dealing with my personal issues and your videos greatly helped me. You have the ability to relate to anyone and the words just came out naturally, how amazing the Spirit really works through you. Continue using the gift God has given you inspiring people like me. Thank you and God bless your heart Leah! ❤️
Jea Bahinting Repentance is a change of mind. Pray for me I’m at my lowest it’s too much to explain but I’m at the verge on not wanting to exist I can’t do this no more I’m so terrified for my families salvation and I. I can’t stop doubting . Please please please I’m thirteen this fear is coming so bad I can’t breathe right now
Seeing is not always believing. But for the most part it is. We need to literally see god and witness his power. This is why, people leave their faith. We do not need faith We need irrefutable evidence 👀 👀. I must say, you're gorgeous And your makeup look is perfectly flawless.
“Blessed are those who have not seen, yet believed” “Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God” God told me to walk by faith and not feelings / circumstances / your own understanding

Thank you well appreciated god bless you and please pray for my family as we go through some difficulties god bless everyone who comes across this comment
I was doing super good with my relationship with God, but one day it just randomly stopped. I don't know why but no matter what I do, I just don't feel connected anymore. I'm going to try these things and hope it works. 💞
Camera is a little high Leah I’m not sure if it’s just me but either way THANK YOU for this I need this right now !!! As always God bless and thank you again !
I listen to gospel music when I'm going through. "Hold On" by Sounds of Blackness is my go to song. Also, anything by Fred Hammond and "It Is Done" by Kim Burrell
When I'm going through a tough time, I like to take walks, watch tv, talk to my family, or journal to God about my life. I like to watch youtube videos, and online sermons. Sometimes instead of reading my bible, I like to watch the DreamWorks Prince of Egypt. It reminds me that if God could bring Moses through tough times, God could do the same for me. :D
Thank you so much I know who I am and if any of you are going thout the something weach movies about God but be sure that it's going to help you out not make you have more things you are not sure about.
as a conscious creator all is really YOU pushed out so if somthing is not good in ones reality than where is your inner focus.. the divine in you is asking you to play GOD via the self created struggles hard times !
I feel like I've been going brought something since I was a child. My mother send my twin and I to Presbyterian church every Friday and Sunday. And yea, I love Friday nights, Sunday's were boring. Lol. Anyway, when I got to the age of maybe 13/14, I said to my mother, I don't want to go, I don't believe, I wanna hang with my friends. She was pissed, but she still let me. That's ok. And I didn't believe. I was extremely into science and disproving things. Especially God. (Probably because the memory off me prayin on my hands and knees at 12 years old, that my sick grandmother would live. I prayed so hard, but she didn't pull through. I'm 34 now and have just started rethinking my agnosticism). So, at 16 I fall pregnant, and again at 19. I love my children to death. For the last 20 years, I've been in a use relationship. Not all the time abuse. But when it happens, it happens! My uncle is a devout Christian who prays for me every night. Three or four times now in the last month, I've had these signs. Like, just today for example, I was leaving the shop and a random old man asked if I was feelin pain and would it be ok if he said a prayer over me. I said yea cos I don't disbelieve, but when I was walkin home, I couldn't stop crying! The tears were there and they were real and wouldn't stop. Suppose Ive been pretty lost this year. I lost my estranged father to covid in April this year. I've found out I'm going to be a young grandmother. My "partner" is no help to me or around the house, at all! It all feels so much. Too much. I feel quite lost.
It isn't that I'm losing faith, my sister just told me she no longer believes in God. I feel horrible! I just never can confront or tell my sister because if I say any ing to her she gets mad and beats me. And I'm just in general shy. I wanna die because I don't wanna feel this feeling anymore. But I have to live so she doesn't die and get damned to hell. It's my parents fault. They never take us to church. I'm sick of this.
yes but don't you ever think that your faith makes no sense. I don't mean yours in particular or im not personally trying to attack you as I"VE never seen any of your videos...but im struggling a lot with a lot of rules and doctrines of my church. bless you.
I am having a crisis of faith, I believe in God just fine, but Jesus dieing for my sins is another thing. I don't want to be a liar and pray in Jesus's name unless I am sure of it.
Your time will come where you’ll experience a feeling to get saved it’s different do everyone and it’s difficult to understand and it’s difficult for me to understand so don’t worry about it too much. Pray to God to help you if you believe in god then you CAN believe in Jesus dying for your sins. You searching up a video to help you is proof you want help and you care about God. Godless you and happy Easter when Jesus rose from the grave.
Writing out prayers/journaling with the date allows you to flip back and see all the times God has made a way. ❤️
So good
Christina C Repentance is a change of mind. For the Gentiles it means to “turned to God from idols” (Thessalonians 1:9); as seen in Acts 17:16…29-31 which says:
“Now while Paul waited for them at Athens, his spirit was stirred in him, when he saw the city wholly given to idolatry. … Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device.
And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.”
And as a result of Paul’s preaching verse 34 says: “Howbeit certain men clave unto him, and believed …”
The Apostle Paul never says “repent and believe.” When a person believes, they are changing their mind from whatever they previously thought to believe in the truth of the gospel.
The first recording of Apostle Paul’s message when preaching the gospel is also the first time “justification” is preached in the Bible, is Acts 13:38,39:
“Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.”
“Believe” is always the only thing he called on sinners to do to be saved. Here is a sample list:
Act 14:1 “And it came to pass in Iconium, that they went both together into the synagogue of the Jews, and so spake, that a great multitude both of the Jews and also of the Greeks believed.”
Act 16:30,31 “And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.”
Romans 1:16 “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
Romans 3:21,22 “But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:”
Romans 3:28 “Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.”
Romans 4:3 and jumping to the end of the chapter, Romans 4:23-25 says: “For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. … Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it was imputed to him; But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead; Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.”
Then Romans 5:1 concludes: “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:”
1Corinthians 1:20,21 “Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.”
The Gospel in its essence and simplicity is found in I Corinthians 15:1-4 which says:
“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:”
To “believe in vain” according to I Corinthians 15:14 & 17 is to not believe that Jesus Christ rose from the dead - “And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain. … And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins.”
But according to verse 2, if you believe verses 3&4, then “ye are saved.”
This is the “simplicity in Christ” -
II Corinthians 11:3,4 “But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.”

Imisi Peletu Repentance is a change of mind.

One thing I do is cancel out all distractions and like you said get back to the basics. When I pray I ask God to give me endurance. Also, journaling while reading the bible is refreshing and puts things in perspective. Active church life helps as well♥

One verse that I love to go to is Hebrews 13:5
Let your character or moral disposition be free from love of money [including greed, avarice, lust, and craving for earthly possessions] and be satisfied with your present [circumstances and with what you have]; for He [God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. I will not, I will not, I will not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let you down relax My hold on you! Assuredly not!
The fact that He says "I Will Not! three times gives me assurance that He is not playing any games and makes it extra special to read. When God says He is going to or not going to do something He means it 💖💖
tanquantwal I think you mean Hebrews 13:5

Walk by faith not by sight
My great grandmother always says “That word will keep ya “ & so what I do is just stay in my word. I pray the scriptures and believe like I’m hanging on to a floatee/life preserver in the middle of the ocean.
Pray the scripture for 2 main reasons:

Sister God just used you to encourage me today.
All the glory to God.
And thank you

I needed this, I'm struggling with doubt (am I saved? Do I even believe anymore? Is God good?) And anxiety, about everything ALL THE TIME. This video helped remind me to lean into God during these times instead of pull away from him.

For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.”

Rachel Richardson Repentance is a change of mind.

I’ve been losing so much faith I applied to so much jobs and didn’t get 1, I failed school so I’m back this semester doing the 3 subjects I failed, I’m going through so much personal problems and I’m trying my hardest to be strong.
I hope your doing ok now
thank you I feel better from this voice in the back of my head doubting that God is real, but I know he is!

Thanks alot for posting Leah. I woke up today so frustrated I can't even explain it. I just kept holding back tears from morning and expressed it to Jesus in the bathroom. Then I decided to come on UA-cam and there you were. God knew I would need some encouragement today morning. Thank you Jesus 🙌.

Every time I go through seasons you talk about the exact things I go through and how I handle it. You’re a blessing 💜

i love this video so much, because it is so timely for me.
I journal my prayers!! :)
Thx sis I needed this I dose feel allot like that and the devil men he is a liar.
This was so good. Getting back to your first Love Jesus.

Hey how are you??!
Seeing is not always believing.
But for the most part it is.
We need to literally see god and witness his power.
This is why, people leave their faith.
We do not need faith
We need irrefutable evidence 👀 👀.
I must say,you're gorgeous
And your makeup look is perfectly flawless.
“Blessed are those who have not seen, yet believed” “Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God”
God told me to walk by faith and not feelings / circumstances / your own understanding
Thank you. Jeremiah 29:11, James 1:2-4, Philippians 4:13.
Rachel Laurel thank you for the encouragement 💜

When I'm going through a tough time, I like to take walks, watch tv, talk to my family, or journal to God about my life. I like to watch youtube videos, and online sermons. Sometimes instead of reading my bible, I like to watch the DreamWorks Prince of Egypt. It reminds me that if God could bring Moses through tough times, God could do the same for me. :D
Pray read scriptures and watch sermons! I’m

God never said it would be easy
But his promises are true
God Bless amaizng
hey i ust had watchee yourw vudio and tqnk you for thwt but im having rally bad douts about a little bit of everything whqt d i do?

Joshua 1:9
It isn't that I'm losing faith, my sister just told me she no longer believes in God. I feel horrible! I just never can confront or tell my sister because if I say any ing to her she gets mad and beats me. And I'm just in general shy. I wanna die because I don't wanna feel this feeling anymore. But I have to live so she doesn't die and get damned to hell. It's my parents fault. They never take us to church. I'm sick of this.
Watch:One message foundation on youtube.
Can we get married?
I have trouble reading the bible
Watch:One message foundation on youtube.
I'm losing faith that god is real I want to believe he is but I can't pray for me!
1 Peter 5:7
yes but don't you ever think that your faith makes no sense.
God used you to break down his truth.
Thank you
