Hi Shonda, You could perhaps go about it as this: Woman Empowerment Coach specializing in Mindset Transformation . The difference between the two is empowerment changes the behavior and gives confidence and liberation which actually comes from change thoughts and perceptions. I would also suggest, what you are helping women change their thoughts concerning?? Relationships? Food? Business? Leadership? Entrepreneurship? Self Care? Fashion? Parenting? Singleness? Finances? Marriage? Education? I hope you kinda understand what I mean when I say that. Whichever one you select will be your expertise that you then do devote all your study around your expertise. This is how you develop your value and continue to deliver value.
Absolutely. Self Care is a life long journey and commitment to evolve. Think of one thing that you have overcame and start there. Many people do not understand what self care is, but you have a story. Your story is the starting point to relate to your market. How did you overcome your situation which becomes the process that you take others through. As you continue to grow, you will create more value. I hope that helps.
