Prof Akunyili is perhaps the most trustworthy Nigerian public servant in the last decade. I remember a classmate of mine raining abuses on her just because his father’s fake drug business was affected by Prof. Akunyili’s policies. I believe Nigeria still has competent people to help that country irrespective of ethnicity or religion.

This is the way life should be lived. Leave ur prints in the sands of time. She lived just 59 years, but she impacted the life of her generation more than those who have lived up to 90. Rest in peace dear Dora.

Rest in Peace Prof. Dora Akunyili. You were honourable in your ways and a woman of great distinction. Nigeria lost a colossal beacon of light and hope, by your passing. We miss you, dearly.

Professor Dora Akunyelu left lasting legacy in the history of black women, the drug barons and cabals refuse to accept yr patriotic service to this blind country, yr demise remains questionable?? But the crusome murder of yr husband on Broadway in onistsha by those who own this world still remains questionable. The country you fought against corruption by the "Tag rebranding Nigeria" is still worse than what you pursue thereafter. Today poverty has taken place of wealth, insecurity taken place of security, the poor getting poorer and the rich getting richer.White collar crimes at the door of every home, our youths are swimming wt paper called money.what a debased society .Good bye my amiable black woman.
