Wonderful closeup! Loved seeing the Hats up close! While I may be smitten with that mini Calico Bonnet, all the boys are just as adorable. Love Stetson's stripe down his nose and continues from his chin all the way down his underside! Derby is just perfect, and that white tail tip on Fez gets me every time!
I just love Stetson! He is the doppleganger of my big, floofy tuxie who, sadly, at age 17 is now struggling with arthritis and dementia.the last 8-9 mos. He's on pain meds. but its always so hard to watch your old friends take the plunge into ancient old age. After losing his companion a few years ago to GI cancer I am letting him be the king off his castle until the end.
You could buy hairball remedy, cat lax veterinarians sell $5.00 this clears fur from the intestines and colon and a 1/4 tsp of olive oil will help more than enemas, it clears the small intestine and colon after food digests from the stomach. Gadget and little Crank are good cats, she walks very well.
My cat is around 10 now and he has had constipation issues most of his life. It has been scary at times, I’ve had to rush him to the emergency vet more times than I care to think about. I have tried everything from pumpkin to mineral oil to benefiber with limited success so now we are doing Mira lax and it seems to be working. It makes me and his vet happy so I’m keeping my fingers crossed. He is my world❤
Really enjoyed this interesting and informative mailbag; it was a great opportunity to catch up with things at KA, and to learn how the mother-cats and their kittens are doing. Gadget continues to lovingly look look after Crank when she is allowed supervised access to her, and Crank is doing a wee bit better, having had several enemas to help with her pooping. Crank will, of course, eventually be having surgery to help her poop issues however, in the meantime, the enemas are helping. Notwithstanding her brittles bones, Crank is making reasonable progress with her walking so, overall, the prognosis for her is good. Meanwhile, Hazelnut and her Hats continue to do well, with the kittens making reasonable weight gains, and it is hoped that they will be able to make the move to the downstairs classroom in due course. They will be going in the middle of next week for their first vet check and vaccines. Hazelnut has devoted so much of her energy to nursing her kittens and it is hoped that, with them now being fully weaned, she will be able to put on some much-needed weight. All-in-all, things are progressing well, and to schedule, at the Academy, and I'd like to thank Mr A for treating is to this lovely kitty close-up stream; it is very much appreciated!
Love little Crank! We have the live stream running at the clinic I work at, and everyone loves watching the kittens and cats daily activities. It helps when we have a stressful day. Hugs to all the kitties!
I'm just speculating, but maybe Hazel is just really anxious around anything unusual, hence she hisses at her kittens even though she should be able to recognize them, at least by smell. It could mean that she will work best with an adopter that is good with routines.
Cats and poop ❤ just a thing , hopefully Not All their lives , but maybe Crank will need the extra help all her life ❤️ Sending positive thoughts that Crank will not be special needs all her life ❤
If you want a better world more people should be like these people they are wonderful, thank God for all people who are like these.

All such cuties! Hope Cranky feels 100% soon!

Really nice to see the Hats doing well. All the best to little Crank, too.

I saw her, and the hats began to play. I hope she continues to make friends. She needs their company so much.

I've had the most success with Lactulose for my kitty.

Reau? River and Ocean were some of my all time beautiful and favorite cats of all time. I loved Scottie too. A brilliant cat!
And Mural, too, my favorite. But I've loved them all.
Thank you for the update!
