I am the same way. I came to this country because I am a dreamer as well and most people around me don't get it and make me feel like there is something wrong with me, I am also a perfectionist and like things to be done right. no shortcuts and no bullshit.

I always have. My intuition was always my guide. It used to trust my own gut and I have experienced it all my life. It overlooked it. Intuition was my guide. It was my own guide, It was always right on. but they knocked it out of me and made created chaos in my life being logical. It destroyed me and made me feel like I am worthless

I have debilitating paralyzing daily panic attacks.
He raped my soul.
He used me while he needed me
and then discarded me like garbage.
My soul is raped.
Every night: nightmares.
Every day: panic attacks.
I want to die.
Every morning I wake up in despair,
desperately praying to die.
I can no longer bear the pain.
He betrayed and abandoned me, discarded me like garbage.
I'm so fucking traumatized and terrorized and terrified.
I'm dying inside. My soul is raped.
He's given me severe PTSD. Severe! Severe! Severe!
How and when will I ever heal?

I am so sorry this happened to you. I am a male and very sensitive. My father was kind of a brute controlling man and very condescending/ He would constantly devalue me and make me feel worthless. When I came to this country I was only 16 years old. I went to college and studied computer science and physics. He would always put other people on a pedestal and would make us feel small. Always saying how Americans are so much better than us. And then I had the misfortune of being around very judgmental Christian fanatics constantly saying how I was born a sinner and I have no real worth unless I accept Jesus in my heart. They made me sick and I started to really doubt my own abilities. I felt like a piece of crap. They literally ruined my life. So stopped taking care of myself. Intuitively I already knew that it was all set up for control. So I am trying to heal now. And it's a lot of work.
