Hi Stuti, actually PowerPoint takes some time to show the installed fonts. Hardly it takes 5 min to show the installed fonts, no worries:)
I had the same problem.... You can just save and close your ppt and then open it again and you will find the font ready to use!

Hey, nice and helpful video. I tried doing the instructions, it worked. But when I click the presentation tab, it doesn't show the fonts I installed. It shows PowerPoint basic font (Calibri Light). But when I look at the text it shows the installed font. What should I do?
Hi mercy, actually PowerPoint takes some time to show the installed fonts. No problem you can find them after few minutes.
@@PowerPointBasics I tried it today again and power point told me "if you want to use this font, it won't be able to show this font it will show you another font, do you agree with it?" When I click disagree it deletes the text I wrote in that font, but when I click agree It shows the font but in the slides and presentation tab it shows calibri light.

Hello, it happens usually. PowerPoint takes some time to show the font, you can use it like after 5 minutes of installation.

Nothing to worry. If you have Microsoft Word once try checking on that, if the font is installed it shows there for sure. Still you didn't find the font, try installing again.

Hi there! Yeah this happens! Write some text, go to font and type the font name you downloaded without any spelling mistakes. You'll see that the text will change to the downloaded font. For the first time you have to do this, but from next time you can see the font. Cheers!

Hello! For your reference write some text in Microsoft Word and then select the required font. If the font shows up there, it would work on PowerPoint too. Because once a font is installed, it works on all Microsoft applications.
If you install a font, wait some time to view it in PowerPoint.

Yeah, there are some websites which provide free fonts and usually some are paid. The website I've shown in the video is a free website.
