it is good buddy i own an X1 (normal one) reliable and strong but Heavy ASF If needed go with x3 OR T-rex air and try not remove batteries ever so often

Biggest problem I am facing with x2 is that it's full mudguard is not available in market. Even the emotorad company is not selling full mudguard. What can I do? Cheap quarter size plastic mudguard is available but it's useless. Why don't you ask emotorad company to atleast make is available for the customer to buy.

I have bought this on 12th may and it is having many issues (braking noise from both discs ,the speedometer is not showing correct speed,pedal assist is not working,it does not move from still to moving with only acceleration you have to first pedal make some speed and then the motor starts working
@@Aarav1604 It were just settings issues and the speed sensor was not working now it is totally fine and I have ridden it about 172 kms since it was repaired
When I ride this cycle the battery cells decrease automatically after I reach 20 km/h and when I apple breaks then it gains automatically to full battery cells so can you please explain this

Bro i have bought this range is actually very awful in just 8 kilometers it has lost 3 sticks mostly rided at top speed 25kmh
I also bought e motored x2 same is happening with me the max range I get with pedal assist is 28-30 and in the website it’s written 40+km
