@@WilsonHillWorks B6 was my favorite size for about 3 years. I still have one set up for this year but decided to go with the cut down standard and I love that size as well. It's a hard choice for me lol.
If you’ve read the book, the bullet journal method was NOT originally intended to be artistic. So this style you developed is MUCH more true to the original intent of the system! ❤ Not that one style is better or worse, but at the end of the day - it has to work for YOU and no one else.
I love the simplicity of your setup. That's how I have used mine in the past. It's not that I don't like the creative side of it, but my current phase of life isn't allowing me the extra time needed for the artistic journal. This year I wanted to try something different and ended up choosing the Passionate Penny Pincher Planner. So far so good. Thanks for sharing!
I use an A5 ring binder and make my own inserts in Microsoft Publisher. I slit the holes so I can insert the pages like Happy Planner pages. The purchased inserts needs tweaking, so I may as well make them myself. I am all set for February with my daily pages, but I will hold off with March as I may want to make small changes. I agree with you that a same planner needs to work for the entire year. It keeps things organized. I have a small A6 Leuchtturm1917 for my purse for events. It duplicates events and appointments that live in my main planner, but I need to have access to my commitments when I am on the go. It also acts as a place for notes to be transferred. We will see how this will work.
What a great idea! I may do that for my teacher planner next year. I love disc planner but am increasingly disappointed in the happy planner pages. Also my husband uses a Leuchtturm 1917 as his main planner and loves it. Good luck with your planner year!
It is 32 across so for a week I do 12-11-11 on the left and 11-11-12 on the right and divide Sat and Sun in half horizontally. And it's 48 vertically. Hope this helps! I got another stalogy for 2024. I love the customization...
I love the Stalogy for the freedom to change the pages weekly/daily whenever I want. And, I love the paper. ❤️
Yes me too! All of that.
I love all sizes of stalogy. I used b6 for the last couple of years and for 2024 I'm using a cut down stalogy in the standard size. ❤
Thanks for sharing that! It encourages me to think maybe I could try different sizes too. I love the A5 but have thought B6 would be fine, as well.

So true! It's become something different at this point.
Was about to say exactly this! I hate that people new to the bujo world think it HAS to be artsy when its original conception was sooo functional.

I also like the creativity that the stalogy allows for but I - like you - am looking for simplicity and more freedom. Enjoy your new planner!

What is the grid count across and down in the Stalogy A5?

Are you using Stalogy for 2025
I am! I will post a video about it. I am going to use the B5 size this year.
