Tried this recipe in non stick pan.. Turned out yummy... But was soft in between while sides were nicely baked... So does it bake better in oven? Thankuuuu veryy much.

Tried toay. taste is very good, but they were very crumbly. could not roll properly, and was breaking very easily. is the temperature you mentioned in Celsius or Fahrenheit
I think your dough was hard. Make the dough like puri. We have to keep oven door open . My temperature was in F Try it again. Practice makes it perfect Let me know once you make it

As if u put metal...it will get heated n will not be able to rotate...but wood will be easy to handle
