- This is the moment Sabreen Jouda entered the world seconds after her mother died.
Their family home in Rafah was bombed in an Israeli airstrike on Saturday, which also killed her father and four-year-old sister.
Medical workers performed an emergency caesarean section in the Emirati Maternity Hospital after it was discovered that her mother, Sabreen al-Sakani, was 30 weeks pregnant.
The premature baby had “the martyr Sabreen al-Sakani’s baby” scribbled on a piece of tape on her chest.

This is heartbreaking I have kids and just hearing other kids are suffering I breakdown. No children should be going through this kind of bullshit , just because of ignorant people. I personally hate weapons because use them to kill innocent people.
