According to me both are equally Hard worker because I have seen in my home mom always ready to best for us and outside my father also do best to give us a happy life.
It's a nice to lisen and i learnt so much things and i think both men and women are hard working because both of them give thier best in thier respective works.
Gender not matter in hardworking . Child love the mom most but respect dad the most . Mom can do household work and outside work .and dad also do both works . That's myth that dad not do household work , even when boys go outside to live they make own food and all things do own . Mom is first teacher but dad is first who thinking about your future how you deal in society. Mom always love child in any condition and dad always say :- jab tak main zinda hu terko tension lene ke jarurat nhi hai . Dad live away from child like army man and so more for financial problem, that's big sacrifice. But mom can never think so beacuse of love too much .
In my opinion men work more. As we comes to the ground reality we mostly found women either involved in homework or job. They barely involved in both. And in office the generally work less than male. Women generally got such works in which they come home early and also less work they have to do wheras men have works to go early and come at late night. So i think men work morr

It is because I've few points to present by my side : 1) Women have to handle both office work and domestic households. 2) Women already leave their own life own family, miss her family and her freedom, she face issues and problem due to in - laws and their pressure. 3) women have to face society, relatives and take responsibility of family and children. 4) women face alot of problems physically - first of all periods every month, sexual responsibility, domestic chores, and post pregnancy issues. 5) Though after this all she gets to just listen complains and no one appreciates her responsibilities. 6) when there is any family gathering or get together the fact is women struggle in kitchen and men enjoy the meals with chats. 7) she have to face domestic violation like get beaten by husband due to drinking issues, in laws pressure and character blame. That's all.
