I knew she doesn't have a stiff neck all along. I know what it feels like to have one. I had it like three times in my lifetime for not sleeping right. My left shoulder gets high and my left side of my neck is tilted. I don't have a neck collar, but I use a bag of ice and wrap it around my stiff neck.
Everytime I get a stiff neck, I always go see my physical therapist. And I sometimes be stubborn to go to work even my parents told me not to.
