Did the sister ship, Marina, undergo a refurbishment as well in the past year? We are sailing on it next month and have a Penthouse suite. Love the fact they are taking out the tub and enlarging the shower area. If you have any intel on this, would appreciate it. Thanks

We took this exact cruise on March 2nd. Not sure about the RFID cards, but if that means just touching the card to the knob by your door handle, I guess that’s it. But we are used to that on other ships. As far as Starlink Wi-Fi soon, we’re not holding our breath. The still one person per cabin logging on and off rule is clumsy and extremely non user friendly. Then your Wi-Fi strength is usually pretty slow. Why can’t they offer free Wi-Fi to two people, as we’re used to it on Viking?

Not that I can recall, but hopefully..Let me know once onboard..
Marina will be in drydock for 3 weeks, getting its refurb this month, April 2024. We'll be sailing on Marina this summer.
My wife and I are actually on this same cruise for 10 days out of Miami now (2/20-3/2). And we have a Penthouse Suite which is very nice!
