David Austin Rose Piping I use Korean handmade piping tip same as Rananculus flower also you can use tip no. 104 or 125 with a little tuning to make thinner leaf.

Beautiful work! I have always liked the jiggly, twisty interior of this type of rose. It has much more interest. My bean paste recipe is around 400 grams of dried white beans, 40 grams of corn syrup, 60 grams of sugar and 60 grams of butter. I’m not sure if this is good. Can you please advise a more optimal ratio? Thank you very much. 😘

Your recipe look great. One of my teacher also input butter 8% of bean paste but I like to use vegetable-based cream more.
