It doesnt work yet, but its kinda like Toga, you take a knocked opponents quirk set and use it

It's cuz the game thinks he has multiple attack character so gets the damage boost when he release it's not the same

The mod puts the model and animations on default shigaraki. The character isn't finshed yet and they dont have voicelines implemented in yet.

Yes if you have PC, Robinmods (the guy who leaked him) has the mod on his patreon. No voicelines or special action inculded so I would wait for the official release.
